The bed turned out perfect. The guys were quick and placed it exactly where I wanted it. They even gave helpful advice. I will be buying more items from Wayfair in the future!

It’s beautiful! Very sturdy. We paid to have it built and it was money well spent. We had a little trouble with the app and delivery address but that is my only complaint. I strongly recommend this bed.

See it in person first

This bed is not wood as it looks. It is pressed wood with fake wood grain that is easily chipped or peeled. The first three headboards we received had a gap where the legs attach to the actual head board, looks horrible. It literally took three separate deliveries to get it right. The foot board came chipped. This bed does not come with wooden slats as pictured, you have to order separately which Steinhafels does not offer. If you do somehow get slats, the bed rails are too low for a mattress so you have to get a box spring/mattress base anyway. Most of the screws are stripped so you can't even screw the side rails all the way in. We had to get a new box of rails because of this and it still came with stripped screws. Do Not put this together yourself! Not worth the hassle. Steinhafels does not offer any type of discount or compensation for damaged/poor quality products. We had the absolute worst experience ordering this bed. I will never order furniture online with out seeing it in person first. I did give it three stars because it looks really nice if it's not chipped, though definitely not worth what we paid.

overall, love it!

We got this bed about 6 months ago. We love the look and colors of this, it is exactly like the pictures. It’s rustic without being too country lol. We bought a queen size and it does have about a 3†gap at the end of bed as mentioned by a different review, but honestly it doesn’t bother us and when the bed is made, that’s not noticeable. We recently bought the matching nightstands and are waiting for the matching dresser to come in!

Boys Room Sturdy & Stylish

Much nicer than the photos show. Just FYI a temperpedic xl twin mattress and regular twin bunkie board will fit on this regular twin bed. There is not a xl twin version and king sized sideboards will NOT work to conver it to a true xl twin. The mattress only works bc it will squish a little. Solid built but maybe a little stuffed on the edges of the trundle and bed pieces. It’s not solid wood so this is expected. Like the 3 divisions in the trundle for storage! Edges are a bit sharp in some places so a little sandpaper could be useful but overall working great for two boys sharing a room ages 10-12.

Great look amazing value

Searched all around the internet for an entertainment center and end tables for our family room. Many sites offered Trinell but Coleman furniture had the best deal out there! Great price and free delivery (with assembly on site)! Nest black Friday deal of my life! Placed this down our basement with 7ft ceilings and it is a perfect fit between 2 windows. Glad I didn't pass up on getting the bridge as it is vital to stabilize the towers especially with little kids at home. Wondering why anti-tipping hardware did not come with it but easily purchased one from Menards. I also has to do some shimmy adjustments using off the shelf cabinet kit to compensate the natural grade of basement floor. It has the look of rustic wood but lacks texture up close. Aside from the lack of texture the accent lighting seem glary when watching TV. Im considering moving it behind the top lip of the tower or converting to an LED light bar.

Great Piece

We were initially searching the web for an entertainment set with barndoor covers but all we could find was the one for $5,000+. Then my sister in law sent us to a version on this website for $2,000, we almost purchased it when I saw the "people who liked this also like..." and this was the piece I clicked on. We ended up purchasing it because we couldn't see ourselves liking the other piece for almost double the cost. Now that we have this entertainment set in our house we are very happy, and glad to have saved the money. This piece looks just like it does in the pictures, no trick photography here. The in home delivery and installation was great too! It did take about a month to arrive, but that seems to be an industry standard.
