Sturdy and stylish desk

We are using it as a side desk in our office. It is a very sturdy piece and was easy to assemble.

I think this desk is very elegant and will look good in any space. The instructions were easy to follow. My only issue is that 3 boards were cracked upon opening. But CS help was amazing.

My old desk was 54" long and at least 2' wide. My husband wanted me to get a smaller desk for our new house. I needed at least 19" in depth just for my MSI monitor. I settled on this one. It is 47.75" long and fits the space well. It fits the bill for not being as long but is as wide as my old Sauder desk :) Yes- I don't have a file drawer and it lacks the storage space I had had- but I have a wireless printer and had decided to get a two drawer filing cabinet to stick in another room for my printer and files. My Epson 4100 actually fits well on top of the drawer :) It losses a star for the desk drawer and the fact that I can't even store a pack of printing paper in it. It is not flush NOR is it a file drawer. I can't even get a freestanding file frame to fit this odd shaped drawer. I'm glad I had already decided to get a 2 drawer filing cabinet. Otherwise quite happy :) It is a beautiful desk :) :)

I ordered 2 desks and along with it, I ordered the White Glove Service which stated that my desks would be delivered, taken to the room of my choice, assembled and the boxes & debris would be taken away. 30 minutes before my desks were arriving, I got a call to inform me that White Glove Seevice was not possible because of some sort of liability to the driver. My husband and I assembled the desks but it took us 3 hours. Honestly, I don’t think I wi up or have ordered the desks had I known this were the case. If it’s not available, fix your system so that it isn’t offered when I check out.

Hard Work

It took me hours to set up desk and I'm still not finished. Tomorrow I will finish the draws which are a few pieces to put together. It's a good tabe. I'm just not that strong and fast anymore. Ahh the senior life when you live alone...lol Good table.

Attractive, sturdy, too time consuming to assemble

While I am very satisfied with the result , the assembly process was extremely time intensive. The previous reviewer who only spent 5 hours must be a genius. Took me in excess of 8 hours and I am a CPA/ MBA and handy with tools. Patience and power tools a must and lots of room to spread out the very large amount of parts and hardware. Pan head screw holes too small and had to be redrilled.

Love but not simple

I love how it looks, the wood is great. The directions suck, not at simple as I would of like it. Wish the Walmart store had it in stock, dealing with shipping always is fun!

Great desk. Love the faux wood finish look and provides plenty of surface and storage space. Very durable and was easy to assemble.

Way too complicated to put together at that price.

Drawer is not stable keeps coming off, other then that pretty simple to set up.
