The hardest thing I have ever gone through was birthing 3 babies. My husband felt his experience putting two of these chairs together was comparable. Take this with a grain of salt.

Absolutely love this chair. It is very big and very solid. Not very difficult to put together. I expect these to last a long time. Definitely a good buy.

This chair is not easy to assemble. We bought two and it took us 4 hours to put together one chair. It’s been several weeks and we are nervous about trying the 2nd chair. Once put together, the chair is exactly what we thought it would be.

Don’t use these outdoors.

The rockers were just what I wanted. Got so many compliments. Loved sitting in my yard watching sunset. So very disappointed after first heavy rain they began to fall apart. Can even use them for fear they will collapse and someone will get hurt. Need help finding someone to fix them. Texas tough was not what they were. Did not realize I would need to move or cover them in the event of bad weather.

The manual was useless and I had to follow a YouTube tutorial to put it together and after 2months on my back deck it rotted and when I tried to ask for a refund they couldn't because my local store no longer carried them.

Only purchase if you have time and help!

Purchased this for a set piece and although the overall look is perfect the assembly and instructions are awful.

Great Chair

I Got this Chair for My Birthday, my husband and i put it together, aside from one hole one one piece of wood that we had to adjust slightly, assembly was a breeze, after you figure out the picture directions, I am more of a reader so i need words🥰. Its a beautiful chair its comfy,and relaxing❤️❤️

Broke quickly

It states the logs are presplit to save the wood from expansion. The support logs of the chair are split too deeply and broke where the wood is joined with the bolts the first time they were sat on. Very disappointed in these chairs. We bought 2 at the Georgia St in Amarillo TX store and both broke. I will try to return them and get my money wasted on these chairs back.

Terrible build quality

Absolutely terrible chair. After just a mknth of spare usage things bolts were coming loose and several of the screws snapped. Had to replace most of the bolts and washers with locking ones and bettrr lag screws to keep this junk from falling apart. Dont buy this

Beautiful, but extremely difficult to assemble

The wood is really pretty. But it's almost impossible to put together. I would never buy this if I knew this ahead of time.

WORST EVER

The worst product I have purchased at Walmart.com. The finish on the product was poorly done. The instructions were a cartoon caricatures . They might as well sent you a box of raw logs and said you make it and finish it.

Be prepared for a headache!

For pricey chairs they came with mislabeled parts, making the process to put them together a nightmare. Got two of the same parts as well, tried to contact them but got no response. Purchased two- and after a lot of trouble we make shift got them together. Nice chairs but I wouldn’t buy them again. The directions just suck!
