Product was delivered and setup on a timely basis. Sales representative, Deidre, was absolutely the best. Raymour should consider this lady an asset. Delivery men did a great job as well and even put coverings down so not to track dirt into the house. I will definitely be shopping at Raymour the next time I need any furniture.

Looks great and comes basically assembled. All you have to do is screw on the feet. It's not solid cherry, but decent construction and seems pretty solid.

Excellent quality, beautiful finish. The drawers open fully and are quite roomy. Drawer action is nicely smooth. The top, low height jewelry drawers are huge and lined in micro-suede velvet. Antique hardware rings are beautiful, but do jingle when the drawers are opened or closed.

Really a very high quality and beautiful piece of furniture. It was very well packaged, but unfortunately there was some damage done during shipping. I took too long to inspect it so I can't return it, but it's still the highlight of my bedroom -- damage and all!

Made of compressed wood and stinks

We bought a Richmond bedroom and after couple of days we realized how bad our room smells. I had to take all the furniture (except for the bed) to the garage and it has been there for more than two weeks and still smelling.

I loved the dresser, it had a couple of nicks in it, that was ok, but one of the drawers was busted, nails were hanging out, I called, they replaced with the wrong item and I am still waiting for the correct item, if that would not of happened I would of gave it a higher score.

Very heavy, nicely crafted. I was so excited when the delivery guy showed up with my purchase. I'd been searching for a really pretty dresser and when I finally opened (the well packed) dresser I truly was NOT disappointed. I am extremely pleased with the look, it fits nicely under my wall mounted TV (which I wasn't so sure about, due to the size). It's beautiful with or without the feet. Hopefully I can find the bed tables to match to complete the set. I would most definitely recommend.

Wow!

What a wonderful experience I had with Coleman Furniture! I ordered this furniture, never having seen it, from Coleman because they gave me the best price. I was warned up front that the nightstand was back ordered from the manufacturer so I would have to wait. Since I had the time, this was not an issue. Every step of the way their customer service department answered my questions, and sure enough, followed up when the items were shipped by the manufacturer and through the process. The delivery service was excellent.....showed up even earlier than expected and called exactly one hour before they arrived, to say they would be to me in one hour. I could not be happier with the purchase, this set is magnificent and so well built! Delivery set up entire room and removed all packaging. I would buy from Coleman again for sure!

Started on line purchase but called as I wanted to make sure it didn't arrive prior to our move. The representative assured me it would be after and it was. I received regular calls and emails on the progress of the order. Likewise during the delivery. The delivers laid mats down answered our questions.
