Very pretty

I was pleasantly surprised by this table. I really just needed a coffee table and didn’t have time to wait for the one I had been eyeing to come back in stock. So I settled on this one. I’m glad I did. The color is really pretty and matches the Studio McGee end tables I already have. This coffee table is actually bigger than I expected too, which for me is a good thing.

The instructions were not very helpful. Table was much more brown than depicted online. Not nearly enough RUSTIC GREY as it is shown as being online. The only thing the table has going for it is that it seems structurally rigid. If you are buying a coffee table around a Grey theme, this however, is NOT the table for you

When I opened the box, I was disappointed that the color was not what the picture or description say - it had a lot of brown tones mixed with the gray. Next, there was a quarter-sized gauge in the bottom shelf. I decided to overlook that and continue to put it together - but then saw the top. There was a large knotty area of the wood that was completely unstained. Overall it looked very cheaply made.

The product itself was a good looking table. However, during installation the holes would not align because of a defect in the wood and one of the screw holes had a broken piece that would not allow the screw to hold. The table is also more wood colored than the picture makes it appear. The product is stylish but the condition we received it in was not acceptable.

Quality is Not Great

The color is great, but the overall quality is poor, even with it being so inexpensive. We ordered one, and the top finish was not right, so we ordered a 2nd one, and was going to see if it was better and then return the first one. Well, the 2nd one was MUCH worse. They machined the holes on both sides of one of the legs, so the holes would be showing, and the top was terrible. I ended up keeping the first one, but even that one isn't great. Of note, I bought the end tables and the sofa table also, and the quality of those is very good. Probably not a coincidence, but the coffee table was made in China, and the rest in Brazil.

Beachy boho farmhouse vibe

I LOVE this coffee table. It goes perfect in our space. The finish rubs off BUT it gives it a worn in look, not a bad quality look. For the price, it was totally worth it. I had a lot of trouble assembling it but when my dad, the fixer of all things, came over he was able to fix the difficult assembly. If you or someone you know is handy, it should be a fine assembly.

Not gray, horrible instructions.

This table quite frankly was a huge disappointment. The first one we got, the instructions were so bad that they didn't warn you that the screws are too long for the table, so when we were putting in the screws they went straight through the top of the table. No one wants a table where the screws are popping out of the top.

This coffee table is solid wood, sturdy, and went together with no issues. It is helpful to drill pilot holes to get the screws started, as others have mentioned. I glued the dowels and mating surfaces of the leg side pieces and the table does not wobble at all. For the $, this is a great value!

My coffee table is exactly what I wanted !

It went together easily. Is the perfect size and because we like to watch tv with dinner is the right height. It's hard to find tables over 18" high. Delivery was fast and all in all it's been a great experience to shop at Hayneedle!

Very good table. It’s not grey color. It’s more of an off grey. It looks more tan color to me. The assembly was simple but some of the edges are very tricky to screw on. Would recommend using a drill instead of a manual Philips head, you hands will thank you!. Other than that, a very beautiful coffee table.

no predrilled holes for nails

cannot put table together due to entire lack of predrilled holes for nails. There were ready to go holes for pegs, but none for any of the nails. Linon customer service has been completely unresponsive past their announced expected response business days. Very unsatisfied.

Nice table, wrong color, difficult to build

The color is not grey, its more of a natural wood look. I was disappointed in the color. Assembly was AWFUL! The directions are two pitcures and no words. Directions indicate that a phillips screwdriver is required, that won't help you any, you have to use a power drill for the screws, there are no pre-drilled holes, you have to drill them yourself. The table is nice and sturdy, but again, not the color indicated.

We liked the product , easy to assemble, style is what we liked. We had it about a month. Found the table top had a "blemish" that looked like the factory tried to stain over to make it blend in. This stood out so we asked for a replacement top. The factory responded that they would not be able to replace as they have no extra stock and wouldn't be making any more. Their suggestion was to return it for a refund which we did.

Looks good but too difficult to assemble.

The table was a nightmare to assemble. I have to take it apart and reassemble as the final product is too wobbly. Cannot return to a store because it is too heavy to heavy. It matches my furniture and looks great but I won’t order the brand again. Directions are awful.

It's a great table for it's design, value, sturdiness size. The only con is that it is not a dark grey as pictured. The grey is a lot more lighter. Still plan on getting the set, the company that provides the product picture should provide a more accurate representation of the actual color.

Disappointed

I was excited when this arrived because I wanted a gray colored coffee table. I loved the grayish/tan color. However putting this table together has been a nightmare. The holes do not line up for the bottom shelf. I am returning.

Worth the money

Well I feel it's a nice piece if furniture. The color is called rustic grey which indicated it's more on the beige or tan side. Perfect for us as we were looking for the weathered look One disappointment though. The final nails were not long enough to work so we had to buy longer nails otherwise I would encourage this purchase as it's pretty nice for the cost.

Not Worth It

Missing holes and required a drill, which is not mentioned anywhere in the directions. Even after drilling and completing assembly, table is not sturdy at all. I reinforced it and it still wobbles slightly. Not pleased with the construction. Not worth even the sale price!
