it came broke

Has I was pulling out the smaller one that was inside the larger one a chunk of the glass came out and caught the side of my hand. Even with all of the packaging the larger one was broken inside. The glass insert.

They are beautiful! But some came in with broken glass. Will be returning ASAP

Color is completely off—it’s charcoal gray not black—arrived broken. Very cheaply made.

I will buy from Hayneedle again due to good customer service

Love the look of these metal lanterns. I'm currently using them with red LED pillar candles as part of my Christmas decorating but will swap out the red candles for another color after Christmas. Shipping was reasonably quick considering how slow delivery of mail and packages have been this Christmas season. Reason I rated them a 4 is because the glass insert in the large lantern was broken inside the box. The small lantern was slipped inside the large lantern and there was nothing around the glass to cushion it. I still like them and decided to keep them Hayneedle said the vendor didn't have any of the glass inserts available but graciously offered a price adjustment.

Beautiful well made . First order cam damaged. Took six months to get a replacement. I through it was hopeless. It finally showed up. . Worth the wait. Birch lane came through!

These items arrived completely broken with shattered glass and the packing gives and idea of the quality of the products I was not at all happy with these couldn’t hold early see them properly u less I wanted to cut my had all over because of the shattered glass wrapped in he wrap everywhere so disappointes

Loved the lanterns but the glass inserts broke with shipping. They resent the same, and the same issue occurred.
