Bad product Bad customer service

Horrible the way they are built there is no way to make them level they are extremely unstable and now I can’t return them cause the 30 day window has closed and I was waiting for some other work to be completed before they could be installed. This is a rip off and I should be able to get some sort of refund

Great thick shelves

Great shelves. The holes are a little big in the back where the bars go but still seem to work well and aren't too expensive. They are pretty easy to hang but make sure they are level before you hang them. Use anchors.

Shelf is just the right color, and size, but there are no screws to hold in place, it slides right off the mounting bracket. I see other reviews with same issue, wish I would have looked. I will secure to wall using other means

No way to secure the board to the bracket

Doesn’t lock or secure on the posts. I don’t know why they would even make this. There’s no way to secure the board to the bracket so it’ll be wobbly and slide off. Board looks good bit useless unfortunately

Not worth the price

It looks OK, but the wall mount is flimsy and doesn't hold the shelves flush to the wall or straight. Would not recommend these shelves unless you want to have to figure out how to mount them to where they look halfway decent on your own.

Organized and vlean

I really love this piece that I have put in my office above my desk to hold my books for work! It looks very clean and organized, and looks very elegant! I will be purchasing more of the same as my projects continue!

I expected these shelves to be rustic but they came shiny with some sort of shellac coating. I ordered the brown but it looks more blonde. Disappointed in these from what the photos showed.

I adore floating shelves because they can go anyway with any decor. I have used them for books, showing off a model sailing ship and model plane, ricks and minerals, shells and on and on. Everything looks great on them, the shelving is secure, and the pieces I display often bring up conversation!

Its ok.

The hardware was stapled into the back of the shelf vs taped. I pried out 5 staples. Use. Your own higher quality drywall screws. Easy yo install. Once mounted the top of the shelf is not flush with the wall due to the bracket so shelf is tilted down. Put double sided tape at bottom to oush ot out some. Not perfect but it will do. I will probably replace with a bracket style.

I love the look but this shelf had the worst hardware . I kept it but can’t recommend it .

Mealy solid! Great quality. The color is gorgeous, very neutral. Easy to install and heavy objects hold up great on it! Love this shelf so much!

Terrible design

Horrible floating shelf design. Not sturdy once installed there’s no screws to keep it from sliding out. I would not recommend this product.

Love this wood floating shelf it’s perfect for under my tv that hangs on the wall.

Perfect fit

I love it. It was very easy to put up. Felt flimsy at first but once it was on the wall my husband said our 4year could hang from it. It looks great replaced a big bulky movie cabinet/shelf that cut off space in our living room. Now the kids have more space for activities and running around. I like the color it’s not too dark like the cabinet that was there before but goes really nice with our olive green sofa and white walls. Even better it match’s perfect with the gold and marble coffee table and end tables we have. My husband wishes I got a longer one but I think it’s perfect we only needed it to hold a few items.
