The color description does not match. Not even close. The bed was a very dark grey/brown. It listed as Ivory. Too bulky to return after it was opened so I had to pay to have the bed AND bedroom painted.
Terrible customer service
The bedroom set is fine. But after 8 weeks and countless customer service calls with no care or resolution, I’m shocked that with all the complaints I made they still asked me to compete a review. This further shows the ineptitude of their customer service department. The furniture is fine but do not order if you have any desire for furniture in the next several months.
