Cool lil table

Boardgaming is my primary hobby, so I am always on the lookout for new side tables to use for drinks and food for the players. This end table is perfect as it has the right height to be next to a chair and also has the lower shelf for items that only need occasional access. The wood has a soft, natural feel and is a nice light color. I had planned to spray paint it but I was surprised to find mine looked lighter than the picture on the website had me expecting. I am excited that I like the color enough to keep it as it is. The next time I am purchasing a side table for my space, I would consider this. Does the color of this wood fluctuate, or is my lighting just brighter than what was used in the listing? This review was written by a full-time Bed Bath & Beyond employee.
