Below average quality
Not particularly happy with the quality of the product. One of the 4 main bolts that connect the swivel is missing. This comes from poor quality control at the manufacturer. No damage to the shipping container, but both chairs ordered had veneer scratches. Cheap paper-thin veneer. It won't hold up well. Once again, manufacturer issue. Speedy shipping service from B,B &B... no complaints there.

Looks nice, but easy to chip
These look great, very sturdy and well built, but are extremely easy to cause imperfections. The slightest bump into countertop or another piece of wood and you have dents and chips in the wood showing an unfinished color.

Well packaged but furniture had numerous scratches
Bar stools packaged well. During unpacking noticed numerous small scratches in the finish with no damage to the plastic wrapping it arrived in. It appears the finish was damage before it was packaged for shipping. Made repairs with a furniture touch up pen
