The final bed looks amazing and out 2.5 year old loves it. The assembly took 6 hours with 3 people, so much longer than we expected. But all the pieces were there. We felt like the bottom of the bed needed more reinforcement so we added two pieced of 2x4 and 3 more feet to the bottom of the bed to make sure it does not break as our toddler jumps in the bed.

Nice and sturdy, except all screws can be seen, the color is as shown in photo, but it is more accurate to call it rustic sand and charcoal, not gray.
Best Bed for Play and Sleep
Fantastic and it’s appearance issuer to continue to wow your child. Ittook forever to assemble but clear instructions and pieces. Manufacturer kindly replaced a wonky piece promptly - much appreciated. I solidly recommend. Be sure to air out pieces for days before assembling which may cut down smell before using.

This bed is absolutely perfect for our son's room! It does come in a LOT of pieces and requires at least 2 people to assemble, and many patient patient hours - but it was worth it. The storage drawers underneath are spacious and keep his toys tucked nicely out of the way!
