This item states it is solid Oak however, it arrived in a box that could have fit "a small child" and it is a small item. Consequently, it bounced around and around in the box during transit and broke. I love the vintage look but don't want to replace as I feel the workmanship leaves little to be desired.

Easy install and looks just a shown in picture, good quality but pieces that go over screw holes were not sized properly. One was small enough to just fall into the hole and get stuck in there sideways

Wooden holders for towel ring have split and will not hold towel ring. Very poor choice of wood almost like a balsam wood.
