Disappointed

Bought first bench and there were chunks of wood missing and scratches deep in the wood. Returned and bought another with the same results….lots of flaws in obvious areas! Very disappointed because I loved the bench!

First one great, others not so much

We ordered a first one which was great quality and we were thrilled. We decided to order another and that’s where things went downhill. Completely damaged box and damaged insides. Returned. Tried again. Another damaged box and damaged pieces but we decided maybe it would work because most of the damage was on the back or bottom. However, a few days later and a piece of what looked like cabinet liner came off of bench %233 and showed it had been glued over a damaged part of wood. Plus, I noticed this third bench had sections of wood glued together in the upper back rest section. I decided to order one more and this was possibly the worst of all damage. I’m done. I might try some wood putty on bench %233 but I don’t feel I should have to repair a new bench. I think the issue is poorly packaged/taped packaging. Plus, why was the quality of the first one I received head and shoulders above the rest? As if they started cutting major corners with quality of wood and just started gluing short pieces together. Less

Bench was initially said to be delivered on Tuesday, then I was told it would be here before the end of the day Thursday, then it was changed to friday and I eventually got it Saturday! Excited to open it and put it together only to find 2 large areas with chunks of wood chipped off of the bench and a third area with scrape marks on it. Being as heavy as it was, I was not happy to have to return it to my local Walmart so I called to see if replacement parts could be sent out, unfortunately that wasn't an option and I had to load up the 70%23 damaged bench and return it to my walmart. A lot of hassle to still not have a bench!!

This bench is so sturdy, easy to put together and fits 3 adults easy!

Solid pew bench in dark chocolate color.

Solid bench used in my mudroom. Husband put it together in less than one hour. Screws at outside of side panels are inset but visible - will buy wooden buttons to stain to cover the screws. Color is a dark espresso; no red or gray in the wood tone. Wood has minor distressed detailing. Seat cushion size is 63" by 17". Very pleased with purchase.

This was the first piece we added to our new deck. It was so easy to assemble and it looks great! It’s also weather resistant! Wouldn’t trade it for anything
