I ordered a mirror and got a sofa chair. I had to return the item and the customer service took about 40 minutes (not to mention I had to go to 2 separarte walmarts as the first one “could not process it”)I then placed an another order and got the same sofa chair! Now, I have to return the item once again. So inconvenient.Do not place an order and get a headache and waste your time!

Love it! It came delivered without any damages. The packaging was very well done. Not assembling needed . Only need to attach the mounting hooks which were super easy. I highly recommend this !

This jewelry armoire arrived well-packaged and is pretty heavy duty. All in one piece just had to attach the door hangers. Very impressed with the quality and it locks. I am a senior and was able to hang it by myself. Highly recommend!

Functional and beautiful

We got this gift for my mother and she absolutely loves it! The quality is great. I love how the mirror is full and there’s no edging on it. She also really like out there is a lock. We install this on the back of her bathroom door and it’s so functional and beautiful.

Looks nice. Fairly heavy. Limited room on long necklaces or bigger bracelets. Something to consider. Also no room for big bottle of perfume

Looks Nice, But Cheap

I purchased this mirror when it was $139.99. I am not sure if them saying it was more expensive was a marketing ploy or what, but onward!Overall this 2-in-1 is quite nice. Upon first taking it out of the box it was packaged very well, though the box looked a little crushed. I am sure that is the handler's mistake and not the company's.I liked this specific mirror because it was bigger than several I had seen and it was borderless. I own a lot of necklaces and I hoped there would be enough storage to soread them out and see them all well.Sadly that is not the case. I am not sure why they think girls would have more earrings than necklaces... Maybe in a future rendition of this mirror it would be neat to have a slide out section you can replace with more necklace holders if you need them instead of earrings.The drawers on the bottom are VERY shallow but slide all the way out easily. So easily that I dropped it right on the floor and scuffed the top... and they don't hold much if at all. Almost useless.Overall the only assembly was screwing on the brackets for the door mount. I also only used one side of the included sticky tabs on the bottom back of the mirror to keep my door from getting scratched. They are supposed to be directly stuck to the unit and to the door but, again, I only stuck them to the back of the unit for cushion and didn't take the other side off of the pad. It is velcro so you can remove them if necessary but this is an apartment and I don't want to ruin the door.There are also 4 smaller round single-sided foam sticky pads. I think they are for the inner four corners of the unit. Beforehand I closed the mirror and it had a gap on the top and bottom. I put the sticky pads on and there is still a gap even though the unit is not overfilled. I even emptied it to make sure. It bothers me but I don't stand off to the side and stare at it so it should be okay.Overall, the outside of the product excluding the warping is very well made and looks great with the frameless mirror. The inside is cheap plastic with a chemical smell, but with cheap plastic and adhesives you'll get that smell.Is it the most amazing thing ever? Nope, but it does what I wanted it to, saves me space, and looks great if you don't smash your face against it. Less

Must have jewelry Chest!

I bought this jewelry chest for my closet. Nice quality material. Description as advertised. A Complete space saver! Has many compartments and plenty of room to accommodate all your jewelry. I would've loved if it had a few more drawers, but it works fine the way it is. The lighting gives it a nice touch. Love that it has a mirror! I'm thinking of getting another for the guest room.
