Great table

I’ve had this table before, years ago & got rid of it bc I didn’t have a place for it after getting new furniture. I recently have redone my house & have a designated workout/game room where it fits perfectly. My grandkids (ages 9-17) love this table. My daughter & I put it together in about 2 hours with a lot of laughing & visiting involved. Easy set up, fun to play and bought on sale which I liked. Sturdy table with foosball, air powered air hockey, ping pong & billiards. Absolutely love.

Read reviews and still bought this knowing many come damaged. Sure enough the pink pong table is all chipped up. Way too much money for poor qualitypoor shipping care.

Quality issues ruin an otherwise great design

Absolutely garbage quality. Out of the box pieces are falling apart, everything is misaligned, and the quality control on assembly is abysmal.

This is about what you'd expect for the price. It's somewhat solid, given how cheap the materials are. As many customers have noted, it's likely to come damaged during shipping. Mine did. They should do a better job securing the corners. The table tennis tabletop and the corner of the cabinet were both damaged on mine. Getting them replaced is enough of a pain that it's not worth the trouble (the company asks for all sorts of info, and then I guess you have to wait for new parts, somehow dispose of broken parts, and re-assemble the thing), so now I just have a damaged product.

Don't buy it. Damaged, missing pieces. And what's worse is you as the customer has to contact the manufacturer on your own for return approval. And wayfair expects you to take a 150# game table to a FedEx location for a return! I don't think so! Wayfair's process is ridiculous! You lost a customer Wayfair!

Very nice ! The only thing I would recommend is packaging for heavy items such as the multi game table use the styrofoam around the ends as well . The card board box was heavy duty and the thick strong straps sealed the box and prevented opening ! Game table came and only had a few dents and pings and I can understand that . Thank you much !

Nice gaming table

Nice gaming table but was damaged somehow in the shipping process (corner smashed in and a plastic piece broken). It's too heavy and too far away to take it back to the store. Grandsons will love it anyway!

I'd look elsewhere

Arrived with several pieces broken. One of the screws was bent, some of the holes didn’t align for putting screws in, some were not pre-drilled. I realize this is not the most expensive option out there, but still pretty disappointed with the quality. The company was helpful about sending us replacement parts, but I am interested to see if those will arrive broken too because their packaging wasn’t great the first time. Also, I didn’t realize that the billiard balls were the size of ping pong balls. Kind of bummed about that. Anyway, I’d look into other options if I were you.

Broken and Disappointed

It came broken in multiple places and it had been a birthday present for our son. Very disappointing!

I wanted to love this, but after receiving three damaged tables I was terribly disappointed. Honestly thinking is is a packaging/handling issue. We needed up returning the third for a full refund. On the upside. Wayfair and the company handling shipping out this tables were very friendly and really did try!

As the other review stated, this product arrives with parts, chipped, cracked and damaged. I made the mistake of thinking surely the poor packaging issues had been corrected - wrong! Could have been a great item otherwise.

It's really just perfect for the space and plus my kids love it. However it's really mainly for the kids especially the pool sticks and balls are on the small side. But besides that my kids and their friends enjoy playing a lot.

Arrived damaged and I was told by Wayfair to contact the manufacturer who requested that I upload pictures and then told me it would take 1-3 days for them to make a decision. Why They sent me a BROKEN item. Either replace it or refund it!

Brillant Concept - Perfect Family Game Table

We purchased as a Christmas gift for our 3 daughters and they absolutely LOVE this 4-in-1 game table! It is aesthetically pleasing and appropriately sized for our game room ... excellent quality overall ... the table itself is SOLID! The unit arrived on time with very minimal cosmetic damage. Assembly took a few hours and we were set to go! I did purchase a 2nd set of air hockey pushers and pucks along with a set of higher quality pool cues (the ones that come with the game table were too light/thin). The billiard balls are appropriately weighted and complement the size of the pool table very well! The concept and construction are brilliant and the ability to convert to different games is effortless! I would definitely recommend purchasing ... it's a welcomed and refreshing break from the world of electronics!
