The chairs are exactly what we wanted. The faux leather is like the real thing and quality and comfort are good. There was slight damage from the shipping company but they resolved that right away, so we are happy with the purchase.

Very nice quality counter height

Very nice quality counter height chairs. Easy to assemble, with excellent instructions. The shipping and packaging was second to none. Very happy with my purchase. They are perfect. Replaced chairs that came with our table and I like these way better.

I was skeptical upon purchasing

I was skeptical upon purchasing from a company I never heard of. I fell in love with similar chairs a relative bought from a company with a catalog. Their chairs were $400 EACH! I researched and came upon this site and took a chance. I AM THRILLED!! Excellent quality, fast shipping and so far VERY PLEASED!

GREAT PURCHASE - Alina Modern Swivel Barstools - Black

We recently purchased six black Alina Modern Swivel Barstools. Four of the stools arrived a few days early. FedEx initially claimed they delivered the other two stools later that same day and then said they were sending them back to the shipper as undeliverable. I contacted Chita support with the FedEx information, and they immediately shipped two more stools out (thanks Veronica). The stools were simple to put together in a matter of minutes (8 bolts for the legs and 8 screes for the cross bars). My wife and I really like the firmness of the faux leather seats and how sturdy the frame/legs are. We are exceptionally happy with this solid product at the reasonable price.

Great barstools!

We LOVE these barstools - they are very comfortable, very good-looking, and very sturdy. They took some time to put together but the results are well worth it. I only wish this company sold parsons dining chairs in the same white faux leather to match. Since they don’t, we ordered those from another place and the faux leather is not as nice nor are they as well sewn.

Beautiful counter stools !

After having thoroughly researched several other counter height stools from other stores, I decided to order one of these in the blue faux leather, and I’m so glad I did. The stools are well packaged and so easy to put together. They look fantastic and are so comfortable. I immediately went back to order three more to complete my kitchen. We’ll worth the money !

Great quality counter chair

I purchased 4 of the linen performance fabric swivel counter chairs. They are perfect! Easy to assemble, great quality for the price, perfect counter height, soft fabric with an off-white very light grey color seat. Espresso dark brown wood bottom. Shipped quickly. You do not need any additional tools or nails to assemble this. It comes with the pan-head screws. Would definitely purchase again.

Four Star Chairs

These were the perfect color, height, and style for our counter-height dining table. They weren't difficult to put together. BUT they don't get five stars because the welting trim didn't allow four of the six stools we purchased to swivel. My husband, smart guy that he is, came up with a solution of adding washers as shims. That allowed us to swivel. I also think they could be more comfortable--I am hoping that with use, some of the stiffness will diminish. I would still buy them. The good qualities out-weigh the bad!

My first time ordering furniture online.

I have never reviewed a purchase before but these deserve it. I bought four counter height pure white stools. I had some very expensive ones from Pier One that were a complete mess after two years. I looked for new stools for months and months and took a chance on these. Wow! They are so nice. I have four messy kids that sit at our island to eat at least two meals a day. These clean so easily and the swivel feature. Smooth and quiet. I absolutely love these and am so glad I took a chance on them!

Great quality, value and customer service

We ordered four of the Creamy Gray color. They were very well packaged and protected. Legs were fully assembled. The only assembly required is to install the seat to the legs, which involved installing 4 bolts using the included allen wrench. The legs have a nice hard plastic button on the bottom that will protect our hardwood floors.Our original delivery was only three, not four, stools. Their customer support was very helpful and easy to work with. They tracked down the fourth stool and kept us informed of when it would arrive.We are very happy with the stools and highly recommend them.

Gorgeous chairs, rich looking leather, sturdy - Pure White with Navajo White Cream Kitchen-beute

Kitchen remodel. After deliberating between pure white and creamy grey, I chose the pure white. I have a navajo white kitchen - including woodwork with silver accents. The creamy grey looked a little flat, and off-white wasn't available, so took a chance on the pure white. So glad I did. Yes they are white, but its a white with a little more tone to it, so it compliments other whites. Clean, fresh, sharp and not dingy looking.Counter height perfect, as described. Legs are sturdy, and has a barely noticeable (same color as the wood) plate on the foot rest to protect it from shoes/wear. I will be putting felt pads on the bottom. Stop looking, I would feel confident ordering these. Love the color!
