Not what I expected.

I can only give this rug 3 stars for the thickness. It felt and looks dirty. Has a waxy dirty feel like it is used. I expected it to be soft and fluffy and that was not the case. I expected much better for the price I payed for it.

LOVE this rug!! Super soft and thick! No shedding. I think I'll order another for our bathroom. It's absolutely beautiful. No smell either! Great purchase.

It was a challenge to find a rug that was actually black and WHITE (not off white, ivory, or cream) and this fits the bill! The shag is a nice and thick plush, very soft and comfortable. Slight scent like many new rugs have but it was not a huge deal. I ordered several sizes and got 2 of these runners for a hallway. Overall, I love the look of this rug in my space. Only downside is it's too thick for a door to open over it because we have it on top of carpet as well. It meets the need for a true black and white rug so I would definitely order again. Great value for the price also.

Great rug, wonderful quality. Very comfortable and a beautiful high-end look. I would only like to state that it is more of a taupe/tan color than silver/gray. If you are looking for a true gray you may want to keep looking. I am still happy because my family room has both grays and browns so I feel it still works.

Very plush and nice colors...just as described. We are happy with it. Perfect for our daughter's room! I priced similar rugs out on other sites, this was a great price!I did a lot of comparison shopping on other sites for similar rugs and found Overstock to be the best overall in quality, price, shipping costs and availability

Safavieh Handmade Barcelona Shag Graphite Grey/ White Chevron Polyester Rug - 2' x 3' looks great. I purchased 4 of them to put by my outside doors. The only thing that I don't like is they are not machine washable

So thick and plush!! It is just what I wanted for my daughters room! The silver color has a small tinge of brown to it also, making it very flexible for different colored rooms. Love it!

I absolutely Love this rug! It goes great in my daughter's room. So soft and super cushioned and She plays with her toys on it daily. Would highly recommend this rug and may actually get another one for another room in our house!

I bought this for my daughters room. Really soft and pretty colors, a giergeous turquoise blue. She loves it. It is a little hard to vacuum as it is a shag. But it does not shed at all. I highly recommend!

Update.

Ordered a silver/white 6x9 area rug and they sent an ivory/silver. Was no need to open it. Because I'm from Canada they couldn't help tonight and I'll have to call during work when they open. If you sell a product to me don't treat me different because of where I live. Didn't mind accepting my money. There was also grease all over the package. I may change this review....we will see. If I'm charged for the return I will delete Overstock from my favs. Customer service has been excellent. Overstock has agreed to to accept the return at no cost. They have since changed the colour name on this carpet to ivory. The carpet I received was white and ivory, the silver they refer to is speckled through out the ivory. The quality of the carpet is good, it's just not described right and still isn't. It's white and ivory folks.

Nice rug for the price

This rug had a really bad smell out of the box. I left it out on the porch in the sun for the day to air it out. Besides the initial smell, this rug is as pictured. It's thick and soft and looks great in my girls' room. Would buy from this manufacturer again.

Nice and soft

Overall I love this rug. So soft for my boys bedroom. It is a rust color more than the red it looks in the picture (that's exactly what it says anyway!) and my kids love it. They rub their fingers through it while we relax and read before they go in their beds. Only reason I have it 4 instead of 5 stars is the weird shimmer it left on our clothes for the first month or so. Vacuumed it a ton (with the floor attachment of course) and that seems to have helped.

SO COMFY.

Finally got this baby rolled out when our sectional arrived and boy is it comfortable. Extremely plush, withstands a vacuum without shredding, color is perfect. We loved it so much we bought a matching runner. Can't wait to get it in! This one came in 3 days tops. :)

Beautiful!

This is a very pretty rug, comfy under your feet. My only complaint is that if you sit down on it (or roll around on it like my daughter does), it leaves some shiny lint on clothes. Maybe that will decrease over time with more vacuuming. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Safavieh Shag Rug

Absolutely LOVE this rug! I have received lots of complements from friends and family, and it feels soft and comfy on your feet. The only bad thing I have to say about this rug is that it had a weird smell after unrolling it, but that disappeared after about a week of airing out. Overall though this rug is great!

Plush

The rug arrived a little moist. Probably from shipping. I laid it out for a day before placing it into desired area or furniture on top of it. It's a very thick rug. High-quality. The grey pattern actually has some shimmer to it which I didn't expected from the picture but I really love it. NO SHOES ALLOWED ON THIS RUG! Feels great on your feet.
