Just beautiful!

The blues, greens and golden yellows seem to be taken from nature. Very soothing shades from dark to lighter tones that harmonize beautifully. Has the look of a much more expensive rug. Very happy with my purchase.

Fringe breaks off easily

We love the look of this area rug; however the fringe has started fraying and breaking off terribly. We are careful not to vacumm the fringe but it doesn’t seem to matter. For this reason, I would not recommend it to anyone.

This is a beautifully made, high quality wool rug. I purchased it in a 6 foot round for my small dining area. The colors attracted me at first, as my home is decorated in the same colors. I have blinds in a striped pattern, in the same room that go nicely with the rug. The rug is thick and sturdy with a copious amount of fringe around the edge to finish it off.

Love love love this! Bought the runner as well! Colors are vibrant ~ didn’t care for the fringe as it is like yarn. I cut it off the runner and kept it on the larger rug. Still love!

I like everything about this. The colors are as depicted in the photo it’s a nice thickness so it really cushions your feet, I put in my kitchen and then bought another runner for doorway and it really looks so lovely. It works really well with the wood tones in my kitchen and a green cabinet that I picked up at thrift store for additional storage.

Beautiful rug! I was looking for something that was elegant enough for a guest bedroom, but still fun and colorful for a kid's playroom. It is ridged, where embroidered, but that creates a lovely sense of depth. Love the colors, and would purchase a rug from this maker again.

Blue and white rug

I love my new blue and white rug. I am using it in the kitchen in front of my sink and counters. The quality is beautiful - even better than the pictures online. Colors are vivid! I am considering buying more rugs from Rugs Direct.

Getting a bigger one now

Got a small one to be sure it would work in the room. It is beautiful, my favorite shades of blue, and enough contrast to be interesting. Seems high quality, thick and textured. Going to order the bigger one now!

I am so very happy with my purchase! The rug is beautiful and fits the area just like I envisioned. These rugs are well made and will give me pleasure for many years to come. I'm returning to order more rugs for our new floors as they are installed and the rooms are completed.

Out of my mind with a happiness! It is so risky to buy large items online b/c if they don't work in your space, it's difficult to return. I saw this rug online and was drawn to it immediately, so I bought a 6 x 9 size. I LOVE it! Over the moon for me. I especially love the color and energy it brings to the space. The color green in the rug is what attracted me b/c it matches a chair and other accent pieces I have. I would say that in the pictures, the color blue seems more dominant but in person, I see the color green mostly. Either way, its a winner for me.

Follow this edit is my original review...now only a few months after receiving my first rug, after treating them as directed... not only do my Safavieh wool rugs shed relentlessly I have noticed loops pulled up! My rugs though still beautiful I am disappointed in the quality, so I must change my original 5 stars to 3...UGH! Original review: This is my favorite Safavieh rug yet purchased through Overstock! Why? The other rugs are gorgeous yet this is extraordinarily beautiful and well crafted... it is textured within the pattern, it is not flat, the different depths are accented by the changing light in the room throughout the day in a most captivating way...
