Rug is great love the colors. Shipping tracking was misleading as i when I tracked the order it showed as delivered when I had not received the product yet . I called customer service and was informed that it was delivered to the next carrier on the east coast and would be shipped to me for delivery by a second carrier.

Poorly made rug, color not the same as advertised.

The colors are just like the picture! Deep goldens, browns, and a hint of orange. Nice and thick cut pile. Not soft but strikingly beautiful.

Love the plush fiber of this rug and the muted colors of it. I have now puchased two different safavieh carpets and have been pleased with both. Highly recommended.

Wish I had bought a larger size... it is the most beautiful, soft and yes durable rug. Perfect for my style and quality expectations. To make it better - they followed up before shipping to confirm the photo of my exact rug to confirm my expectations were met. Super impressed.

We are very pleased with the combination of jute, wool and cotton fibers. Along with the attractive weave, they presented strong, natural appearance. It also is perfectly complimentary to our antiques and artwork.

Actually, the wrong rug was sent and it was returned and exchanged for a much better rug. Thanks for understanding the issue and allowing the return.

This is a Great rug! Very thick and well made. This is my fifth one. I bought 4 a year ago. It was worried about dye lots not being the same. It blends perfectly to the others. Very durable and warm to walk on. Yes it does shed as some have commented. I vacuum regularly as I have dogs. They are holding up wonderfully!! They are mainly in my hallways. They get alot of traffic, but look brand new still.

Just got it. Very nicely packaged. Rig is soft and feels nice under foot. Hoping it holds up well in my busy kitchen

True to the description and a super durable rug!!

This is the second one of these rugs that I’ve ordered. They’re great. I use them in front of the vanities in my master bath. They don’t hold dirt or moisture and they are really soft for natural fiber.

This rug is my favorite! The design and quality is amazing. It even holds up to kids daily. Easy to clean with regular vacuuming. I've ordered it three times and plan to continue.

The color of the rug is more natural and brown instead of black. The feel of the rug is horrible each tuft is huge & thick and plastic feeling. . It is not a very expensive rug so I wasn't expecting much but this was horrible.
