I ordered a rug based on the delivery date bc it was for an event. I called before it was delivered and spoke with a rep at wayfair and was told I could contact fed ex and request they reroute the rug back to wayfair since it would not be delivered on time. Fed ex told me that was incorrect and that the rep told me wrong. I called wayfair again and spoke with a rep who then told me i would have to wait until it was actually delivered (2 days late). She said that I will prob be given pushback but I needed to tell them that I had already called twice and the item was late and they would refund the delivery fee. When I called a third time I was told that there was nothing they could do. I am a returning customer and find this to be fraudulent and a scam by wayfair & just want to return the item that has not been used or opened bc it was delivered after the date it was needed for and should not have to pay shipping for that to happen.

Wool rug

I’m in love with this rug! It is a very well made wool rug. The blue is perfect for a beach look home. I’ve put it in my lake home living room and it has really pulled the room together. You will not be disappointed in the quality of this rug.

Great rug!

This rug adds a striking and coordinated accent, as well as comfort, to our Study. We wanted a size and/or shape that would clear our desk chair - which has a caster base. Going with the circular shape worked perfectly. The quality is great - we can always depend on Safavieh for beautiful and well made rugs..

Mustard Rug

I absolutely love everything about this tug from the color to the quality. It's so plush and feels great on my feet after standing on a concrete floor all day. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful addition to guest bath

I've put this runner in one of my guest bathrooms and it not only looks amazing, it's holding up very well with the traffic as well as use when getting in & out of the shower. I highly recommend this product!

I really like my Safavieh Handmade Cambridge Modern Moroccan Wool Rug. I like the design and it is of a good quality. It's so long and covers my hall area so well. It really upgrade's the look of my home.

Excellent quality rugs no issues with delivery one suggestion UPS should try their best to place items out of sight. Gate lift open do figs can be placed inside but UPS lift in front of gate.

Don't buy large sizes!

I bought a 12' round rug in yellow. Nice color. However, these rugs are not heavy enough to be this large, they constantly get large wrinkles, not just at the edges, but between pieces of furniture that hold it down. It looks good, but needs to be adhered to some sort of backing that allow it to lie flat. It's is a tripping hazard, and I hate it.

I ACCIDENTALLY PAINTED MY ROOM A SOFT PINK COLOUR. DON'T GET ME WRONG ITS PRETTY, BUT NOT EXACTLY THE LOOK I WAS GOING FOR. UNTIL I ROLLED OUT THIS RUG,THAT IS! THIS RUG IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SHADE OF BEIGE. IT LOOKS LIKE A CAFE CON LECHE WITH EXTRA LECHE. IT IS SUPER SOFT AND TAKES AWAY FROM THE PINKNESS OF MY WALLS WHILE WARMING UP THE ENTIRE SPACE. LOVE IT. YOU SHOULD BUY IT.

Nice but ...

Purchased both the grey and navy. Very thick rug so do not purchase if it’s for a dining area and chairs would be half on half off. But grey has like a purple tint to it and cream looked dingy. Which then I purchased the navy. Navy is beautiful but once again cream looks dirty. Both shed a lot so vacuum daily!!! But very thick and pretty rugs. Idk if I’ll keep this for my home but it’s still pretty.

Durable and soft rug

I have had this rug under my kitchen table for 6 years. It has always been soft under your feet and lays flat - the corners have never curled up. It has taken many spills well, but we are finally starting to see some wear and tear. Some of the edges are fraying and some of the white areas have yellowed from stains that could not be removed. It has served us well, I will be replacing it with an indoor /outdoor rug as this rug takes too much Abuse as a kitchen rug.

Nice wool rug!

I ordered this in yellow for our nursery. It's a very loud color, but as long as it's in a subdued neutral room, not competing with other colors, it's quite nice. We moved it to our laundry room once the nursery became a big kids room, and it brings a nice pop of color to an otherwise boring laundry space. The rug is made very well. There are no pulls or loose fibers after 6 years of use. Highly recommend!

I like the rug for what it is, but was disappointed to find the rug described as “pink” was more of a grey lavender.

Not ideal for people with Babies/kids/pets

I reviewed the larger rug in this pattern. Love it but it’s not for people with kids. It’s for the ones that always have a sparkling clean house all the time, because it’s is very hard to clean and it also sheds but it is very pretty so if you don’t have young kids/babies please get this gem. Also remember you will need a rug mat for under if you’re on a hard surface this slides around like butter with out the mat underneath.

Love how the carpet is made of wool. Feels natural and high quality. The contemporary pattern is fun and doesn't overwhelm the room. The colour scheme is great for hiding dirt. The ivory hexagon is more beige than white. It's soft and cushioning and he hexagon part is also elevated slightly above the black background. I've only had it for just over a week but so far it seems to be a great value for the money. It's unique and grounds the space.

I bought this as a runner in front of my vanity dressing/make up table and it looks GREAT!. The dark black makes the usually light beige n beige tones pop. It's thick and lays nicely. Had a funky jute smell but when I unrolled it it didn't smell anymore. I would buy it again. Very Happy

Purchased this rug for my granddaughters nursery. It shipped very quickly. The rug is gorgeous and the colors match her bedding perfectly. It is very soft and the perfect size. I would recommend this purchase too anyone.

I really like the pattern on this rug. This is replacing the same rug but in a smaller 2'6" x 4' size that got destroyed by a puppy who hadn't figured out potty training yet. He was quite sneakily using that rug as a puppy pad, and there's just no way I wanted to even try to save it. Gross. I have this in the kitchen on the floor in front of the sink, and because it's wool, I've been able to use just a damp sponge or wet paper towel or kitchen towel to wipe up pretty much anything that drops on it without leaving stains. Since it's mostly black, however, any stains or water drops aren't very visible anyway. Great wool rug that is reasonably priced enough that I won't cry if I have to replace it (again!). Plus I am just not a fan of the way indoor/outdoor rugs that can be washed feel underfoot, and I would rather have what I like and periodically replace it if necessary than settle for standing on a rug that is just not comfortable. This does the job and feels great underfoot, and the use of a non-skid rug pad keeps it from sliding around. Less
