Although this is a good looking rug and very thick and soft underfoot it has a horrible chemical-mildew odor that won’t go away. After googling the company’s website I tried airing it out and vacuuming it extensively. No matter what I do it still smells awful (like permeates the whole upstairs level of bad). Also when I vacuum so many loose particles come up. The first time I vacuumed it I had to empty the canister 6 times. I finally gave up and have ordered a new rug because I can’t handle the smell anymore. Can’t wait to throw it out.

New favorite look, the dog loves it

Thought price was high but not much out there just red and white. Fit decore needs. Whatever its mad from dogs new favorite place to rest. Lol..

Even up close this rug is beautiful. The clean cut of the beveling between white and blue sections, the uniform density, the solid border around the rug - everything is just quality. For the price I though it was too good to be true - there's no way we could get a "adult quality" rug for this price. But Houzz strikes again and I'm feeling even more confident that the net product we order will be just as nice.

Great quality. the color is not gold it is light green. Sheds when vacuumed but this is expected for a new wool rug. Overall, feels and looks fantastic!

The rug is excellent - thick and chunky, like a good quality wool rug should be. It looks and feels luxurious and modern. Two warnings: the color is NOT light gold, it is light green. Also, there are a lot of loose material that comes out when vacuuming (as expected for a wool rug.)

Great for my entry way

This rug was a great addition to our homes entry way. The rug arrived in a very thick plastic wrap and was undamaged. I laid the rug out and placed some weight plates on the ends to help flatten out the corners and after a few days I was able to remove them and the rug laid flat.

Very Thick & Plush Wool Area Rug In Moroccan Motif

I LOVE this thick and plush wool area rug made by Safavieh. Their new Chatham Collection is beautifully patterned with an awesome Moroccan motif. The blue and ivory is positively stunning. Everybody compliments how gorgeous the rug looks in the foyer. It is really an exceptionally well crafted and strong fibered area rug. The one I have is 4 ft. X 6 ft., and it brightens the entire room. A+ Craftmanship from India. I'm so pleased with quality Safavieh rug collection.
