Great chair and very comfortable

I absolutely LOVE these chairs! It’s so chic and modern however I found one of the chairs wooden piece cracked at the bottom . I reached out to customer service to report, I’m just hoping they do way more than just 20 because these weren’t cheap. I don’t really know how to feel about this long wooden strip but overall it’s pretty wide and comfortable.

It's a beautiful looking chair (green velour is quite pretty) but not very comfortable to sit in for any considerable length of time- more of a pretty accent chair.
