very pretty
While this rug is very beautiful and makes an attractive addition in decorating my room, it is much thinner than I expected. When I saw the size and price, I thought it would be much thicker. The only thing I can think of is that the price reflects the fact that the rug is 100% wool. The rug itself is only .25" thick. If you choose this rug, you will need to get a non-slip rug pad as it slides around very easily. It's pretty, but not what I expected.
Sharp looking Rug
This hand made area rug has a sharp looking pattern and colors. Pictures I have uploaded to show close ups of the rug. I wish I had realized prior to ordering that the rug is scratchy and not ideal for sitting on as I hoped to do. Good directions for care are included. The 100% wool requires sweeping at first 2 times weekly until new rug wool fibers decrease in shedding.
