Different then expected. This is a beautiful rug with a more gold then yellow. The rug feels great under foot with the price being good for what you get. The reason for three stars is the printing is off on the rug. I purchased a 10 x 12 so returning is not an option. When I say the printing is the color is not as vivid, the blues appear dull and very few triangles are noticed on the rug so they appear more like lines.

Super Chic Area Rug

I recently got this rug for my guest room floor, we have hardwood floors all over the house including the bedrooms so I have to put an area rug in each of the rooms. I picked this style for the guest bedroom because the colors are super soft and chic, it has a comfortable vibe to it. The blue color is very soft and gentle; the pattern of the rug is very classic, fit in with my overall furniture style. Even though the rug itself is pretty light in color, it doesn't get dirty easily and it has a very clean look to it. I see that the collection also offers this style in different sizes and shapes, will definitely be repurchasing the others to match with this one. Great quality with an unbeatable price! Highly recommended! I am writing this review as part of a contest.

Very Nice Rug, but It's Not Light Blue

I bought 2 of these rugs for my bedroom. I bought a comforter from Overstock a while ago that I thought they would match. If they had been a true light blue they They are more of a greenish blue not a light blue which should have no yellow added to the color. They could go in a more contemporary or even modern setting besides an antique, farm, or vintage type setting. The style is different than a lot of the other Safavieh Vintage designs. I ended up having to return the rugs because they clashed with my bedroom colors. If you are looking for a lighter color rug that feels great on your feet, and your color is a pale blue-green I would definitely recommend this rug for you. It is a very pretty rug.
