Neither ivory nor dark gray, by ANY stretch of the imagination. This is a BRIGHT white rug with light-medium gray elements. Disappointed.
Great rug
So soft and plushy, we love it and so does our dog. Easy to vacuum clean and pattern is adorable.
Medium quality
Looked nice but I felt this rug wasn't quite as high-quality as I was expecting. It didn't have the loft I wanted. Maybe it needed to stay out on the floor unrolled for longer? I returned it.
good compromise
Less plush than it appears in photos but still soft and looks nice, so an okay balance for the price. An under mat might help. Looks best vacuumed frequently, to fill out the fiber distribution.

I really love this rug!! it is a true cream, NOT white at all! I have gotten so many compliments on it and everyone wants to know where I got it lol. it's not super plush but it has the nice shag that has held up really well, no lose pieces on the floor anywhere. I love the tassels at the ends, a great touch. I highly recommend this rug!!

Love this rug! Goes perfect with my decor. It shipped fast and came to my door with no issues. It is shipped in a plastic bag, so there was one tear up at the top of the plastic, but the rug wasn't dirty.

Definitly not as thick as the pictures make it seem. You need a non-skid rug pad too as they slide all over wood floors. I do like the colors and overall look of the rug and will be keeping them.
