No slip pad on back melted some

Love this rug. It was perfect. Not super soft but not scratchy either. My only complaint is it arrived and the back rubber backing had stuck to the other backing I guess bc it was so hot when they shipped. My husband and his buddy pulled it apart carefully and it was fine. Though I would have never laid it directly on my hardwoods but since I bought the rug pad too it was fine to lay on that.

I love the look of this sisal rug! It has that stylish designer appeal that’s so popular right now. Plus, its neutral color makes it versatile enough to go with anything. Since it's made from natural sisal, it can be a bit prickly to walk on, but that’s something I expected with this material. I've had the rug since 2022, and the fibers have softened over time—I hardly notice them anymore.

Terrible Rug

This is the scratchiest most uncomfortable rug I’ve ever purchased. It feels like splinters under your barefeet. It looks as pictured and came as described but I cannot believe they are able to sell this material and market it as an indoor rug. It is PAINFUL to the touch. I wanted to love rug so badly, it is truly a beautiful rug but it is not worth not being able to walk on it barefoot!

It’s a decent rug for the price (on sale). It was not clear to me when I purchased that there is a rubber backing on the rug and it arrives folded up with the rubber backing stuck together. The rubber also smells terrible for at least a week after opening it. We’ve had the rugs for over a month and the creases are still very visible. But the overall look is good.

Beautiful, neutral entryway rug

This is a good quality rug for the price. It's neutral and trendy, and not toorough in texture. The tape edge adds a nice bit of flair.

Both carpets arrived on time and were nicely packaged and tightly folded. Unfortunately we could not unfold them without brute force. We discovered that the white carpet backing was completely melted and congealed so the carpet was a large heavy melted ball of jute. The damage is excessive. Would not purchase this product again.

I really like this rug. I debated on it for a bit before ordering as I wasn’t positive about the purchase. I would 100% order it again. It looks great under my kitchen table and there has been no shedding.

Very nice, heavy rug. The rubber backing was stuck to itself, due to the way the rug was folded, and it had a terrible odor for several days. But the rug looks great, and fits the room very well.

I purchased a 20’ runner. It’s perfect for my extra long hallway. I was worried that the rug would be rough to walk on with bare feet but I was pleasantly surprised that it is soft and comfortable. The rug has a rubber backing so it stays in place and doesn’t slide around. I love it!

I have this 16' hallway runner over black bamboo flooring. It looks great, and even without a rug pad, it's secure. I chose this because of its color and how straight the edges are. Looks great, disguises my dog's fur, (lol) and vacuums easily with a no-beater bar stick vac. It isn't exactly soft, more like an outdoor rug, but it's still fine to walk on with bare feet. Very pleased with this purchase!

The runner probably would have flattened out over time, but it rippled and did not seem substantial. I was using it in a hallway leading from my front door to my living room. I needed something with more weight and heft.

We are using this rug on our slate-floor in the entryway. It looks great and the backing is sufficient to keep the rug from slipping. We have low door clearance and this works perfectly. Pulls the small mudroom area together. It’ll take a few days to fully get the bumps out from being rolled up, but essentially it lays flat and feels heavy duty.

This should never be packed with rubber backing against rubber backing. I’m unsure if I’ll ever get it unrolled and now I’m worried about the rubber sticking to my hardwood floors. Frustrating. It’s way too hard to pack up and send back so I’m stuck.

Very nice rug! The marbled linen color looks great. It will not show dirt because of the variation of colors. It arrived faster than expected.

So happy with my purchase! I’ve been looking for a dining rug for months now! It’s the perfect neutral color, has the perfect texture and lays nicely! Not cheaply made either. Would highly recommend if you’re searching for a neutral rug for any room. This is an 8X10 in my dining room

Great rug for underneath our dining table. I was worried after looking at other customers photos that the edging might be a different color to the main rug so was happy to find upon delivery it was the same. Rolled out flat, no bumps, no bad smell you sometimes get with new rugs and it stays put without the need for an additional under rug. Oh and it arrived a day earlier than expected.
