I ordered it online. The fabric and pillows look cheap as does the teal wood.

Great piece! But giving them 4 stars for the False Advertisement of White Glove Delivery.. A few pieces from this set were purchased. First time they’ve attempted the delivery and cancelled the day of by text or email; second time it got rescheduled, but apparently they’ve decided this order didn’t qualify for the white glove delivery lol and didn’t even communicate this to us until we called. We still didn’t really understand the reason why they did that.. So after talking to a couple of people over the phone, Wayfair customer service ended up charging us for the white glove delivery and the giving us a 10% discount on the whole order. So our PAID WHITE GLOVE SERVICE was separate from delivery. And we wasted a couple of days waiting around with almost no communication from their side. Very unprofessional customer service or a lack of :) Less

This was so disappointing, in less than 6 months the finish on the wood started wearing off and getting mold on the wood. The loveseat was under cover on my porch.

Awesome for our needs

DO NOT buy this loveseat, the wood deteriorated in days, the joins split and was discolored. I called the help center after 35 days and due to the policy no help can be offered. If you do buy this sofa you need complete protection as it does not last outside as it is supposed to do.

stylish and fit nicely in the space. Would buy again. Good quality and craftsmanship. Cushions are a bit cheap.

Durable!

While it’s solid, it is so incredibly low it looks like a toddler sofa and it is very hard and very uncomfortable

We tested the store model and our loveseat is the same! Cushions are firm but comfortable and the frame is low profile which is what we were looking for.

Really happy with this loveseat! The cushion is on the harder side but it’s a nice modern look and lower to the ground.

We have the whole set of Melrose outdoor products. They are absolutely great! They are well constructed and extremely easy to assemble. They are heavy so you'll need two people to move them, but heaviness also provides the feel of quality. The cushions are very firm. Overall, great products!

LOVE IT. Very heavy. The holes weren't all lined up well, so it was a little tricky to put tgether, but I love it so much I'm getting another.

we bought 3 separate pieces from this collection, as opposed to getting the 4 piece set, bc it came with a cocktail table, and i preferred a firetable, from another site. the cushions are very nice and thick, but not sunbrella. This is a lower to the ground, more modern? set. it is very heavy. i, a 60 year old woman, put the pieces together by myself, but i would suggest that most people have another person, bc of the weight of the larger items, and the length making things a bit more ackward, potentially. also taller ceilings may be in order, if putting the larger sofa together inside, not necessarily this loveseat, and look out for your fans in lower ceilings with the larger sofa as well. it really looks high end. however, the larger sofa came with some damage. it is obvious that it had been delivered to another home first, as the package for the bolts looked as if it had been torn apart by a rabid racoon, and there is an actual gouge, and a sliver missing from an area as well. i am hoping that there will be some kind of wayfair communitcation to rectify this issue, after seeing this review. Less
