Absolutely excellent!

Easy install for anyone with basic measuring skills. They work very well. If you misplace the magnetic key a folded piece of paper can jimmy the lock. Only complaint I have it the key slightly scuffed the cabinets. I recommend putting some felt on the key face.

A Protective Measure That Really WORKS!

These are the best child protective locks I have ever used, hands down! My 3 year old gets into absolutely EVERYTHING he can these days, closets, cabinets, you name it! I have tried nearly everything possible to prevent this but until I found these locks, nothing has worked. These are SO easy to install and well worth the small price they cost! They effectively prevented him from being able to open my "off limits" cabinets far better than other baby saftey tools have and I love how easy it is to "lock" and "unlock" them as needed, all with just a turn of a "key"! I especially love the indicator as to whether or not the "lock" is actually LOCKED or not. The only wish I had was that there was a second key included, a back up in case your like me and tend to lose things or forget where you hid them!

Very inventive

The locks were super inventive and neat. Definitely kept my two year old out of the kitchen cabinets. The only downfall is that you have to screw the locks in. Wish there were locks where you didn't have to screw any holes into your cabinets or drawers. The magnetic lock works great!! Do not lose the magnetic key.

Love it!

I am a parent of 3 curious little kids. They are also tricky little kids who love to figure out baby proofing devices and drive me crazy in the process. I love this little device because everything is hidden away inside the cabinets, so the Littles can't actually get to it without the key. We've had great luck with this so far, now the problem is making sure I don't lose the key. 5 stats!!

Great for keeping my busy toddlers safe!

These are a necessary part of caring for and protecting your child from potentially harmful items in easy to get to places. These have never failed us and we have purchased several sets for friends and family with small children. Great for keeping nosey pets out of these areas too. Highly recommend!

Best lock ever!

I have used several types of locking devices to keep kids out. I have to say this is definitely on the top of my list! The thing I enjoyed the most about the safety 1st Magnetic locking system, was how great it locked and was easy to open with a key hanging close by. I have already recommended this to all my friends with little ones and purchased it for a friends baby shower.

GREAT Product. Highly Recommend. A must have.

I used all 8 locks on the cabinets and the drawers the that have items/products that I needed to keep my toddler out of for my peace of mind. These Safety Deluxe Magnetic Locking Systems locks with Key that I have ever come across. I no longer have to worry about my little toddler getting into cabinets or drawers that could possibly be of danger. I can only say this: "what a great concept for all parent who have little ones to keep them safe and give us parents peace of mind."

Definitely a good purchase

This baby proof lock is really useful and amazing! Super easy to install and leaves no marks or scuffs. It is practically invisible. The lock can open with anything magnetic as that is all the lock is. We've tried other Saftey First locks and currently have the lock that looks like zip ties are holding it together. Unfortunately with that one the doors can still open and can hurt baby if they were to stick their hand between the doors. With this one you can pull, pull and pull and the doors won't open at all which is really night when your children have sticky fingers and want to get into everything and anything.

The trick to keeping my toddler out of cabinets!

I had never heard of these magnetic locks. I have always used the latches but yet my toddler still manages to pull things out of the drawers! These magnetic ones have saved my sanity :) I no longer have to worry about what he is going to grab out of the cabinets if I'm out of sight at the moment. They're installed on our entertainment center doors. Although you can see the part if you're looking from the side (glass fronts), it's not too noticeable. Very sturdy and the magnet part is very strong so there's no yanking the door off. Very pleased with the product and may have to buy more if he continues to get into every cabinet!

Better systems are available

I used these in the bathroom. The install was not near as easy as other child locks that I installed in the kitchen. The instructions and templates were good, but just overall these took three times longer to mount. They work well, but are more expensive and no better than the manual locks in the kitchen.

Amazing product

This product is amazing!! I would have never thought that I was going to find a product that is easy to unlock fast to put on, and secure my kitchen cabinets from my kids. This product is amazing because theirs no more pulling the door cabinets or having my kids figuring out the way to open the cabinets. With this product I am able to place the key somewhere where my kids are not able to reach and I able to easily open the cabinets.

Great safety product!

I've tried a few other safety products for cabinets, but I love these! Some of the others I've used have broken easily or were easy for kids to open, but these work great for keeping toddlers and little kids out. I love that you need to key to be able to open it so kids can't figure out how to get in without it.

Easy and Secure

This product is awesome! With a very active toddler that loves to get into just about anything, this Magnetic Lock Set is perfect to keep him away from trouble. It's very easy to install and more importantly, it is secure! This product is a must for baby proofing your home. We've never heard of this lock set before and we've tried different products prior to even including one with a rubber band, but those weren't as secure, not to mention, they were a pain in the butt to always fix! I definitely would purchase more of this for other cabinets around our home, and I would most definitely recommend this to friends and families with babies!

Great product for new parents

This product works great to keep your children out of cabinets that could harm them. It was easy to install. It's located inside the cabinet. A magnetic key locks and unlocks it. You don't even notice there. I've used the sliding door locks in the past which have scratched and ruined my cabinets. This is a perfect gift for anyone who is a new parent

Safety for the Grand Babies

Recieved the Saftey1st Complete Magnetic Locking System from Viewpoints. Got them installed and surprisingly I was impressed with how well they work. Got two grandchildren and one on the way. One is 4 and the other is two. Both love to get in cabinets and search for stuff to get into. I feel safer now that I can keep them out of the cleaning supply cabinet and the glassware cabinet. These locks work well. Now I don't have to worry when my back is turned that the kids won't be getting into the unsafe cabinets. The only thing I would change is maybe add another key. I actually installed one in the bathroom so the kids stay out of the bathroom supply cabinet because of meds and cleaning supply's. Other than that I would recommend this product. Would make a great baby shower gift for expectant parents.

I would definitely buy again

These are amazing!! All of the other child safety locks I've tried have never worked and my little ones could get them open.

We are very impressed with these!

We are very impressed with these! It took us a little while to install them, but once we quit over-thinking it and figured out how simple the installation actually was, it was a breeze. In my opinion, the best thing about these locks is that you are able to disengage them any time you want to. I have a small baking business that I operate out of my home kitchen. It is wonderful to be able to disengage all of the locks when I am cooking/baking for several hours at a time, and then re-engage them when I am all done (when the grandchildren are visiting). We have not had any trouble with the magnets being too weak or with them causing the cabinets to stick or be difficult to open. Our grandchildren have pulled and yanked on our locked cabinets trying to get them open but the locks have held on tight. I have purchased a set for each of our children that have kids and they are all very pleased with them. We just found out that my youngest and his wife are expecting their first baby and I will be providing them with a set of these as well. These are great for people like us, grandparents who want to childproof their cabinets for when the grandchildren visit, but do not want to deal with the annoyance of child locks all of the time. We simply leave the locks disengaged and before the grandkids come over we just engage the locks for while they are here. I would like to add that it is hilarious to watch friends & family attempt to figure out how to open the locked cabinets, but it is even funnier to watch our grandchildren try to figure them out!

It works great, but...

We got this set since our cats are opening our cabinets banging the doors and crawling on our dishes, in search of food. They work great, but our teen daughter opened the cabinet, then put the key down inside, got her item out and shut the door, with the key, inside.

Inventor deserves an award

These magnetic cupboard locks are one of the best baby items on the market. Our cupboard are hardwood, so these were a little more difficult to install, but worth every hour you spend putting them in. The kit comes with stick-on paper templates, which makes your job easier. We have a corner turnstile cupboard and only one lock was needed for that. Another great thing is that when the grand kids leave, you can disable the locks. Just be sure you put the magnet up high on your fridge so little ones can't reach it. My grandson is 17 months and he knows how to do it. Also, they can be taken off if you move or want to gift to someone later on. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to protect their little ones and your sanity.
