These are stinking adorable! I got the set so my daughter and I can share. They are super awkward to drink out of and they have a hole on the inside where rhe handle is attached that makes it hard to clean.

Broken in shipping not replaced

One of the mugs arrived broken and I submitted a request to get a replacement reshipped. I was able to reach customer service, sent images of the broken item, and then never heard back about whether the item was going to be replaced. All in all disappointed when the face of the Luna mug completely broke off in shipping and there was no indication of the box about the item being fragile.

Absolutely adorable

Arrived safely and in good condition!

I was a bit worried it might arrive broken because of reading reviews on other websites about this product such as Amazon. Turns out, I was worried for nothing because the product came wrapped in bubble wrap with the items and box undamaged. As for the mugs themselves, they're not really good for drinking and we ended up using them as decoration. Overall, highly recommend!
