Use to do exercises

I just had a huge spinal surgery and am now assigned exercises. My bed too soft and the floor too difficult right now. This is perfect. I just leave opened in my living room because every time I walk by I see it and I do the exercises daily. This is perfect for me.

Great PT table

Bought this table due to back and hip issues and could no longer get down on the floor for surgery recovery exercises. My husband also was going to Physical Therapy to help with his medical condition and uses the table for his exercises given to him by his Therapist. The description of the table is exactly what you get. It get down low enough for me to get on and off and also wide enough to do the exercises not only me but also my husband. We love it. I would highly recommend this table to anyone.

Well worth every penny!

This Therapy Stretching Table is perfect for me. I am handicapped and struggle with getting down and up from the floor to do my exercises. With this table I'm able to adjust the legs to the right height for sitting and am now able to do all of my floor exercises and stretching at chair height. The width of the table is wide enough to easily move from my stomach to my back. I am 5'5" and the length of the table is more than long enough for me without using the head attachment. The table is well made, opens and adjusts easily. It closes compactly for easy storage and comes with a well made protective bag. It is rather heavy for me but my husband was able to carry it up the stairs and set it up for me. I am so very glad I bought this table!

Best decision to buy this

I love this table. IHave struggled over the years with many health issues that all require some form of physical therapy/daily exercises (lying down) - but I’m not able to get on the floor to do these exercises. My only regret is not buying this table sooner. The table is great- sturdy, comfortable and super easy to set up.

The answer for those who can no longer get on the floor to exercise

This table is just perfect for my knee exercises and table yoga. It is pretty, sturdy and comfortable. This is just the right width (wider than most massage tables) and will be an important tool for my health going forward. This is a good item!! It also folds easily for storage.

Beautiful massage table

It’s a beautiful, well-made, comfortable, massage table. My only issue was that I had looked at so many of the massage tables, that I did not notice that this was a “low massage” table. So it doesn’t raise as high as I would’ve liked. If I was actually going to massage somebody on it it might hurt my back because I would have to lean down. However for PT exercises and use with a therapy percussor, it’s a really nice table. It is very attractive, and well-made. My husband loves it.

Great table for the price.

Easy to set up and was lighter than expected. I use it at the office but can travel with me to different events. I am a Flexibility and Stretch Coach and assist in stretching with my clients. I have had no issues with the table yet.

PORTABLE AND PROFESSIONAL!

I am beyond happy with the quality of this table! I use it for my in-home personal training clients that are unable to get on the floor. It is easy to set up and fits perfectly in my jeep. I definitely recommend!

Ouch, my aching back

Considered something like this for ages to do exercises and yoga above floor level (I foster puppies...). Then with my current bad back and physical therapy, it seemed like the time was right. Wanted one easy to get on and off, not massage salon height. Thought I wanted 24" wide but this one is perfect at 30" wide; room to do lateral rotations without fear of falling off. I added a foam wedge for now since lying flat is painful. But this makes it so much easier to do my PT exercises. Firm but comfortable surface, adjustable height. That it arrived so fast- days AHEAD of schedule, was a huge bonus. When I am ready to do some remodeling, it can fold up and be tucked away. It's just what I needed.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE IT!!

I love my Massage Stretching Table however, it could be a little softer. I had to purchase a 2 inch mattress topper to make it a little softer, now it's extra perfect. My husband said it should be a little hard, but what does he know! (LOL) I am an older woman and I can't get on the hard floor, this table is perfect for me (NO STRESS - JUST EXERCISE). It's very sturdy and other than it being on the hard side, I love it. There's enough room so I don't feel like I'm going to fall off the table when I turn during my stretches. I recommend this table to all. WHAT A GREAT PURCHASE I MADE

Just what I needed!

I bought the Saloniture portable table for my own personal use. I was a bit doubtful if it'll meet my needs. I was surprised that it did. It's sturdy, strong enough for whole body stretching and of course massaging. I m beyond happy with it. I'm very pleased.

Wrong type table ordered

Needed therapy and massage table combo but ordered stretching table. The cushion is a bit thin for an elderly person. Otherwise it is a good quality product. Very well made.
