Goes well with most medium stained furniture

Loved that it came fully assembled. It matched our existing bedroom furniture perfectly. So far it has exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased

Arrive assembled, well packed, and in excellent condition. Bottom drawer lined in cedar. Drawers are dovetail, slides work well, drawers open about two thirds, drawers lock in place with a little push at the end.

Very well made and nice finish at a reasonable price.

This nightstand was exactly as described, well made and nicely finished. The darker but neutral color goes with most any other bedroom wood finish. We are totally satisfied with this purchase.

Disappointed

I was so excited and happy when I received the two nightstands. They were solid wood and already put together, and the price was very reasonable. However, in less than one year, I noticed this crack on the side of one of the nightstands. In addition, the bottom drawer will not close all of the way. In all fairness, though, the second nightstand is performing as expected with all drawers closing and no cracks

Just what I was looking for. Not too expensive, mostly real wood, nicely made. Only complaint was that both of them are not completely level and rock slightly. Just added an additional pad on one of the feet. Definitely more neutral brown and no hint of red, but another reviewer had mentioned that. Happy camper...

Excellent night stand!

We are very happy with our new three drawer San Mateo Tuscan, brown nightstand. It is extremely well-built and easy to assemble. All of the pieces fit together perfectly. The finish is Rich natural wood. It's especially nice that it is solid wood, so any nicks or scratches will be easy to restain and refinish should damage occur. The drawer glides are high-quality and worked very well. The nightstand matches the new standard bed that we purchased perfectly.

Quality Furniture

I love this nightstand. In spring of 2022 I bought a nightstand and the dresser in dark cherry. I reconfigured my room and needed another nightstand. The store where I made my original purchase no longer carried this style or brand. I found this nightstand at bed bath & beyond. It is not the same color as my original. Unless you see the nightstand side by side you would be unable to tell that they are not the same color. Since they're on either side of the bed look like they're all the same color. The quality is great. I like the simplicity of the look.

Pretty good. Well-constructed.

Well constructed. A little concerned about the white finish lasting long-term. I am considering getting acrylic to set on top to protect the finish. Nightstand was very thoughtfully packed and arrived in perfect condition as a result. I am impressed with the drawers: The top drawer is felt-lined, while the bottom drawer is cedar-lined. The one odd thing is that the drawers do not close flush with the case. I'm not sure if this is a design feature or a construction flaw (with installing the ball bearing drawer glides). The nightstand does rock in its current placement in my room. Moving it out into the room (and not against the wall) elimates this problem, which makes me think the floor is unlevel rather than a defect with the case. (My last nightstand was longer and wider, and I did not have this issue.) The fix is easy enough: I'll order shims. The color does not look "creamy" in my space. It looks white with a faint gray undertone/wood grain coming through. There is only a very slight amount of weathering/antiquing on the edges, which I appreciate. Most other bedroom sets I looked at were too antiqued for me. I'm waiting on the 11 drawer chest and bed to match, but overall, I am very hapoy with a lighter, refreshed bedroom look.

Night table

Same great quality and price as the dresser. I like the three drawers, would have prefered a larger bottom drawer but it works. The delivery men were great too. Everthing was brought in with care, quickly and set in the place i wanted. Price was great for the quality. Color is perfect. Purchased online, would have liked to see everything in person but live too far.

Matteo Nightstand

I have the entire Matteo bedroom collection which I had ordered from a major department store that sells furniture but only ordered one nightstand. This nightstand is just a tiny bit different but not noticeable. It is a beautifully made piece of furniture and I'm so glad I was still able to find it at Overstock. Delivery was quick and perfect.

nice side table

Nice bedside tables. sturdy and solid wood. bought two of them to go on each side of the bed. we have the matching bed and dresser so it all goes nicely together. drawers slide in and out with a bit of a lag, but that is minor. overall nice quality items part of a nice bedset.

Great Product all Wood fully assembled

I was excited to receive this night stand. It was fully assembled (and this goes a long way with me as you spend alot on furniture it should be assembled especially is smaller than say a table. It was well packaged well. Solid wood with dover tail construction. I only bought one because as you know Overstock does not have a great return policy. I am going to buy another now that I have seen it in person. Only one slight disappointment is that the finish is more of a creme to beige than an off white. Because of the quality I will white wash it a little so it blends better with my bedroom furniture.

Better than expected

We purchased two of these nightstands to go with our Priage by Zinus espresso king headboard and frame. They coordinate beautifully, and we were delighted with the quality. I like everything about them-size, drawers glide smoothly, wood is lovely. These are substantial pieces of furniture and a fabulous value compared to what I saw in stores for more than twice the price. I have been consistently pleased with our Overstock purchased through a number of years!

Good quality. Drawers assembled incorrectly.

The table looks great but it was assembled wrong. The top drawer has a cedar bottom but was installed in lower position. Had to modify slides to swap them. UGH! Looks like they just put the drawers in whatever hole it would fit in. The wood is beautifully finished and is perfect for my space. Would have given 5 stars if it had not required the work to correct the assembly.

Nice furniture, color is darker than expected

This is a lovely piece of furniture, arrived promptly and well-packaged. The back panel looks a bit flimsy but that shouldn't matter as it will be against the wall and doesn't take any wear or pressure; all other parts of the piece seem sturdy, and the drawers pull & close smoothly. I would expect this furniture to hold up to years of use. I bought 2 to use as nightstands, and should have paid closer attention to the dimensions as they are a bit big & boxy and crowd the room...they are still nice enough to keep so I will use them elsewhere in the house. I took 1 star off because the color is considerably darker than what is in the photo -- more of a dark oak (espresso?) than the reddish-brown in the product photo.

As pictured. Drawers do not move easily.

The colot and design are exactly as in the photo. I gave it four stars because the drawers did not pull out very easily. Also I had to struggle to get the drawers back in. Nice touch in that they are cedar drawers. The size is perfect and it is a nice sturdy construction. Because it is for a guest room, I did not care so much that the drawers did not move in and out easily. Also the one leg had a piece of wood chipped off of it.

Comes fully put together!!!!!!

I purchase a lot of furniture online. And I will be honest with you these are 2 of the nicest pieces I've ever purchased. They were shipped quickly. They were packaged beautifully. And the best part they are fully put together. All you do is take all the packaging off all the foam all the patting and lift them out of the box and set them in your bedroom. The color matched perfectly I already had TV stand in my bedroom. And I needed to night stands for the bed. This night stand as lovely for the price the drawers are very nice they glide smoothly. Wonderful piece of furniture. You will not be disappointed.

I would probably have given this a higher rating except I can't get these stands into my home. The delivery driver left the two I ordered one on top of another right in front of my front door. I'm 78 yo. It's the pandemic. I finally managed to get the top one onto the concrete using my love seat as an intermediate "catcher' to slide it down. I opened it and was able to stand it up but I didn't have the strength to pull my lightweight dolly with the stand on it up two small steps into my home. So I moved it into the garage and the other is still unopened. I liked the way the opened one looks. I still don't know if the other one is damaged or not. The box looks ragged. Bummer.

Superb night stand

Great looking table! Looks way more expensive than what I paid. I think they offer these nightstands at a super low price, hoping that the buyer will like it so much they'll purchase the matching bed and dresser for a lot more. I think that's a good strategy because this is quality furniture. It's definitely brown, no red tint that you see in some of the pictures. Came fully assembled and incredibly well packaged. Buy it you'll like it...

High quality at a great price!

I just recently moved and my old nightstands would not fit in the bedroom and was looking for a smaller replacement solution. I saw these online at a local furniture store and wanted to do some comparison shopping and found the same set at Overstock for *** less for the pair. I wasn't expecting a whole lot and this is just a temporary living arrangement but when they arrived they immediately exceeded my expectations. I will likely keep these for years to come. The drawers open and close very nicely, better than my old ones and the build and finish quality is excellent. They came a little darker than the pictures show the website which was pleasing to me as I wanted a darker finish anyway.
