Great unfinished chairs! Added stain & varnish

I'm very happy with these attractive, simple, classic chairs. I bought four of them at a sale price that averaged $** per chair. A good deal, and easy to assemble, too! I didn't care for the colors on offer, so I bought the chairs unfinished and added a pine stain and three coats of semi-glass. Very happy with the results! (See photo for "before & after") They seem sturdy. In time I may add seat cushions for a cozier look.

Excellent chairs

These are well made sturdy chairs. We had to assemble them ourselves which was not difficult and all the parts were there. The seat had to be attached with screws and we were not thrilled with that as it doesn't look like a very deep attachment. Time will tell. Otherwise very happy and plan to buy a couple more.

Very Nice Chairs and I would recommend them

Very nice, sturdy chairs. Relatively easy to assemble. I ordered them unstained and have been staining them to match the table they are to go with. They look very nice. Yes, I would recommend these chairs.

Very nice sturdy chairs! I love how they look. Very simple design but they are great quality. By the way if you get unfinished make sure you are careful about wiping food or anything that gets in these chairs quickly. It's hard to remove stains. I plan on putting on a clear coat later to help with this but for now I keep the chairs covered because I have kids, and accidents happen.

Great Quality and durability

We originally bought these over a year ago and are very pleased with them. They are excellent quality and very durable (our kids are NOT gentle). We are so pleased that we recently bought an additional set to add even more seating to our dining room.
