The product quality is not the fault of Houzz but of the manufacturer. I’ve had to replace 2 chairs because they crack easily. Everyone who uses them is within the weight capacity, they just aren’t made to last long. Only replacing them because it’s my landlords table and chairs. I won’t replace anymore.
