I the package of two chairs to be assembled, the first one went together well, and the second one did not. I ended up needing to get a longer bolt at the local hardware store. That did the trick. It was bothersome to have to do that, but easier than trying to return everything, especially since one chair was already assembled. I am not buying this brand again.
