we had issues with the train when first delivered but you sorted that out within 2 days ready for Christmas, my grandchildren had a fantastic time on it over the holidays and it was a massive success with all of them, they didn't want to get off it .

The train has a small **** in the plastic next to the handle. We glued and taped it. But new products should not have any damage.

Happy but Disappointed

My Grandson loved the train, However, when it was being assembled we noticed a small crack in the plastic on the side where the handle is. We repaired it with some glue and tape. We charged up the battery and my Grandson jumped on and was having a blast. We told him to push the siren button. He did and nothing. After he left we took the train apart looking for a loose connection. Everything was connected and the siren would not sound. Not worth the hassle of returning, It serves it's purpose.

Excellent delivery, within 36 hours. Very efficient service and well packaged item.

Dissatisfied and Disappointing 😞

This is the second train that came damaged. This is a child's toy with safety issues. Why isn't someone looking more closely at this item before it's shipped. Why is the screw sitting up like this.

Arrived with a broken frame and chimney. Screws started falling out after first use. Exceptionally poor quality, especially considering how expensive it was.

Great product

Train is durable and easy to use the only thing i dislike is the seat release for battery changing. the train is great used it for multiple riders at Christmas still running strong after 20 plus days of 4 plus hours of use.

Ordered this for my grandsons 3rd birthday. He loves it and fits him perfectly, which makes for a very happy grandma.

It really works, my 3 years old grandson rides it without any trouble. It’s not to slow it’s just perfect.

nice but loud

The train is nice, appears well built, the one major drawback is the noise, a VERY loud whining noise that comes from the gear box, very annoying, I am going to try some sound deadener to try and isolate the noise some, this is a new unit, so age is not a factor, but other than that it is a real cute little train....

Don’t bother!!!

Bought at Christmas for my little one he loved it. But two months down the line is now a hazard and parts keep falling off!! It’s been used a hand full of times! Absolute joke over 200 pound looks like it’s going to waste!! I’ll be rining this company later today for replacement.

Very Poor Quality

The train was very fun the first days, then after a few weeks of use, it started falling a part. Plastic pieces wouldn't stay on the train, the engine or battery died after 1 month of use.

Broken

Hi the product came a bit broken but nothing we worried about but it’s now January and it’s falling apart. Not sturdy and easily breakable. It’s only been used a couple of times as it has become a danger to my young son who fell off it when a part broke off. It’s not worth the money at all.

This was for my Grandson who has just turned one. The first train I purchased was for my Son when he was about 18 months old and now he is 40. The second train was for my first Grandson who is now 10 and its still going strong for his two brothers The last one is for my younger son's son (four Grandsons no Granddaughters yet!) and he loves it and can press the buttons easily.Best buy ever.

Awesome gift for the grandson!!!!

Everything we hope for, the grandson loved it. We loved the on/off track features, he was able to ride it at the Christmas cabin w/o the track, but when they got home, they set it in the play room so he would stay in one area. Awesome!!!

Great product

I'm sorry that the other reviewer did not receive a battery with the train. Sometimes, unfortunate slips like this happen in factories, which is human error, and we've all experienced these types of inconveniences . However, that does not mean that the product is not good. We bought one of these trains for our daughter when she was only one year old. She absolutely loved it. We bought more track so that she could ride the train throughout the house. Our daughter passed it down to her little brother, who was 5 years younger. When he finally outgrew it, we sold it. It is one of the most rugged and best built riding toys that we ever purchased...and we purchased many. The reason that I was on this site is because we now want to purchase one for our grand daughter. I can't think of a better ride on toy for the cold months following Christmas than this little train. It works perfectly inside the house, and we can control where the track goes, so there is no risk of her running into anything. It really is a great product.

I would buy this again

Purchased this for my one year old granddaughter for Christmas. She loved it. The train worked flawlessly and whenever my son puts it away, she goes and drags the tracks out for him to set it up again. Set up is easy and the battery charge lasts a good long time. I highly recommend this product.
