It was broken when it arrived. It's made from cheap light thread and a driftwood, Very pricey for it's worth not to mention it's cheap enough that it broke on the way over.

My chime arrived not as pictured. Although the colors were nice it wasn't staggered at all. I contacted seller, they refunded me and I ordered another more waterfall type. They said to keep my original order.

Makes beautiful sound. The colors are pretty but I thought they would be more "stained glass" clear. They are kind of "frosted" colors.

I think chime is pretty and well made, smaller than I thought it would be.. I am hard of hearing so I could faintly hear even on windy day. I hear the metal wind chimes I have well.

Great and sturdy for its delicate parts

Beautiful- just like picture. Strings seem to be both knotted on the other side of the wood all the way through and also glued. So seems sturdy although small strings (which look best) but also like it would be easy to repair if one accidentally gets pulled on.

Cool...breeze

This is an attractive, well made wind chime. Even when the breeze isn't moving it, it is pretty and reminds me of a piece of art similar to a mobile. The sunlight through the brightly colored glass is lovely! The sound is quite unlike metal wind chimes but is a nice compliment to metal chimes if hung nearby. The glass is rather thick and makes a deeper sound than thin glass pieces. Very pleasant. A great value for an item that is handmade in Bali. Being glass; it is advisable to bring it indoors in heavy prolonged winds. As well made as it is , I would think the wind has to be quite strong to warrant safeguarding it from damage. Comes safely wrapped and packaged to prevent damage in shipping. Overall a very nice chime at a good price.
