Faded cushions after three weeks!

Pictures speak louder than words so see my photos! I bought the silver cushions so they wouldn’t fade as much as the brightly colored ones and they are all completely miss matched after three weeks. Had the furniture covered for the most part. Was in the sun and was in the rain a few days but it’s outside furniture. Currently trying to get this resolved. With Covid everything is so backed up.

Nice, but darker than picture and cushions hard.

I received most of the pieces for this sectional today. I'm really disappointed, I thought the cushions were a light grey as shown in the picture, but they are dark, and the wicker is darker in person. The light colored grey cushions is the reason why I ordered this set, as other grey cushions seemed darker. It's too major to try and return it, so I just have to be disappointed. Additionally, the seat cushions are hard, and the back cushions slide around a lot and are low, meaning they only come up to your mid-back.

Looks great. Good value. Cushions are sponges.

My only, but significant, complaint is that these cushions soak up water like sponges. After a rain it days multiple days to dry out if they get wet. The description says water resistant, but I’m unclear what they mean by that. Aside from that, it’s a sharp looking, comfortable set.

This is a very nice set. The wicker itself is a good quality. Not the cheap, thin material that you sometimes find. Being sectional, you can set it up whatever way you find is best for you. There is some assembly required but when I thought about the end result it seemed worth it to me. The only part that came pre-assembled was the center table with the shatterproof glass top. Just remember to allow some time and an extra set of hands will come in handy too. When you're finished, you'll have an attractive patio and so very comfortable. The cushions are thick and easy to clean. You're really going to like this.

This is a super nice sectional. It comes in several boxes and will take you some time to get it set up, but it is well worth it. The wicker appears to be really high quality and definitely nice looking. Plan on some time to put it together, about a few hours, but it is well worth it and it is very large, so I understand that it would be hard to ship it all put together. This is the perfect addition to any patio or deck.

This 7 Piece Wicker outdoor sectional with cushions is so awesome. The only part assembled was the coffee table with shatter proof table top. The assembly took some time but I got through it with the help of my battery powered drills. One adult can do this alone but it was easier with my wife reading the instructions and adding a helpful hand. It looks very durable and just beautiful in gray. This will last a very long time. The final product looks great and really is comfortable. The cushions are comfortable and made of high quality material. I think they will be easy to clean at least it looks like it will be. It's a very large set this sectional is almost 8' by 8' when assembled. This is going poolside and will replace the older furniture I have out there now. So far totally pleased with the look. Most of the furniture by the pool is a brown color and this grey just adds a nice contrast to the rest. Did I say 'Totally pleased'? You bet. Would recommend to others in a hurry.

The Santa Rosa 7 piece set is an impressive collection of outdoor furniture. It will arrive in several big (really big) boxes, and probably not at the same time. That’s a good thing, because it gives you time to assemble some of the pieces and get rid of some cardboard before the next mountain of boxes appears on your front porch.
