This was my first purchase from Houzz. I was extremely pleased with how easy it was to find, and make this purchase. The quality was impressive, as was the price. I was also very happy in how quickly the items were shipped. They were packed extremely well and showed no damage, all parts and pieces were included. I would suggest that the wrench that is sent be a bit smaller in size, as it did not fit the bolt size sent. I was able to use my own tools, and finished putting the items together with no other issues. I will definitely purchase from this company again, as well as tell my friends and family to check them out when needing any furniture items!

Disappointing

I expected better quality workmanship. They're sturdy for the most part. Poorly stained in several areas. Some due to wood grain, other to human error. Many pre-assembled joints will need to be touched up with a colored scratch cover to darken the bare wood. All in all they’re disappointing. I’d return them, but they required assembly and it was a chore. Dont want to go through taking them apart and re-boxing them to return.

First chair took a while, the rest got easier if the chair is misaligned it means your front legs got reversed, the long dowel holes should be in front. I am happy with them and want two more.
