I absolutely love this faucet! Just havent been able to get it installed as of yet. This remodel has taken a lot of time!
Bought this faucet in 5-24. The guys doing our bathroom renovation finally found time to start our project yesterday. Today they went to install faucet. Was discovered the nut to screw in place was way too large. Tried to find rt sz at local home stores no one makes sz needed. My pics show this. Was told the most likely scenario is that the wrong nut was stuck inside my box as theyre not even close to the needed size. I bought this as a new item. Was purchased May 2024, but project couldnt start til now, Oct 2024. We love this faucet and would prefer an exchange for same faucet. If not, a full refund should be given. Pls let me know what can be done. I dont like leaving negative feedback if it can be helped. Thanks, Christine
