Great lock but not what I need

Works really well, and the app is fairly easy to understand. The reasons I returned it are because it does not let you program your own codes -- it generates random codes, and you cannot control remotely -- you need to be near the lock to open or close it.

This lock was easy to install and simple to use. It looks nice with our brushed nickel door hardware too. I would recommend this lock for anyone looking for home security.

The install seemed easy enough, but I could never get it to work. I would key in my code and then the gears just started clicking without moving. Something didn’t line up.

Only lasted a couple months

Lasted a couple months. Before seeing these reviews I attempted to contact Honeywell. the product obviously is farmed out to another company. They do have a customer service number (877-354-5457) which will direct you to leave a message for a "call back" ; which will never come. Wish I never heard of this lock!!

Great Lock Bluetooth was DOA

Lock is nice but the Bluetooth didn't work and was the reason I picked this one. Manufacturer did send me a replacement, but it took several calls and emails.

Should have just bought a regular deadbolt.

The lock seems secure enough but I was a little disappointed that this cost almost $*** and it could not even include four AA batteries. And if you are trying to let someone in when you're not home, you have to send them a code and you cannot open the lock away from the house unless you have a special Wi-Fi gateway. I have Wi-Fi but it will not connect to that because of the special piece you have to buy separately. The Bluetooth really sucks. You practically have to be within a couple of feet to use your phone to open the lock so you just might as well enter in your passcode since you're already at the door. Coming from Honeywell, I expected so much more.

Buyers Beware ....not WiFi capable

Although this item is suppose to work when you are not home but it is not. It is Bluetooth only, therefore your device must be close to the lock. There customer support sucks. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and you never get a person; just an answering machine and they have never returned my call.

Terrible product from Honeywell

The unit comes with poor installation instructions. The support comes from a company in California, not Honeywell and the support is non existent.

Super happy with this product. Easy to install, works great with app, code and key. So glad that I purchased these and will be buying more for all my doors!

Works Occasionally

So frustrating, this only locks half the time! I have to keep the key on me at all times... What's the point of having a Bluetooth Keypad if it doesn't work and I have to use the key anyway...

As with all products some lemons

I purchased this online, and picked up at rockford, lowes.
