Attractive, reasonable size rack for a small bathroom. Love these as they provide both space for extra towels as well as the ability to hang two towels at once. Great solution for my short on storage space rental property.

This is a decent product. It has a nice finish that seems like it will last. The metal seems a little flimsy when drilled snug against the wall. The design is not intuitive to me. I switched the lower bars so I could have easier access to a wash cloth which is shorter and still dry my hands on the towel hanging down in back. It would be even easier to use the hand towel if they were spaced further apart.

Updated from my former chrome towel rack that was rusty. This replacement had the exact same screws pavements as the old one so I simply unscrewed the old one and screwed in the new one. Looks great.

Satin nickel spa rack

I bought this to replace a brass one that no longer matches the other finishes of fixtures we replaced. Unfortunately, it was was on back order for quite awhile and when it arrived was not the same size and I needed to return it. No probelms with the return and credit to my account!

Looks Great! Easy to install - just have to make correct measurements for toggle bolt holes. However, two of the small plastic retainers (wall holders) broke when being driven into the wall. Had to use some from my own supply. Other wise very sturdy. Definitely recommend.

One of the holes on the right side back brace...

One of the holes on the right side back brace was drilled in the wrong place so the brace is not straight up and down when hung on the wall. I have had this design in the past in a different finish and was happy. Quality control has diminished.

This product is from China. I bought 2, assembled the 1st with no problem but the 2nd one had bad welds of nuts in bars so they stripped when being assembled. Once I reached a rep they sent me a replacement right away and it works great. I was very impressed with the quick shipping. I now have both racks installed and they look great. One is in a very small 3/4 bath so I installed the rack above the toilet, which is perfect in there and really saves space.
