The manufacturer, Klassen, was very helpful

Unfortunately, when we ordered these the zero was a different shade to the other numbers. We reached out to Home Depot but they only offered to return the whole unit so I wrote to the originating company, Klassen. They replied immediately, explained what happened, sent us a new zero, and asked us for details of where we purchased it so they could get them all replaced with that supplier. That was so helpful. I love the sign. It's gorgeous. I'm so glad I reached out to them directly.

Too expensive for what you get, but there aren’t many alternatives out there, so I’ll live with it. Clear enough installation instructions.

The "0" were a slightly different color than the other numbers that I ordered for our address. All the descriptions for all the numbers I ordered are 5000k but they are definitely different colors.

Looked everywhere for these!

I'd found similar at another online site, but the price was outrageous! These were easy to mount to the board and to the house, with a little help. Very bright, pretty well light up the sidewalk at night, though that isn't why I purchased them.

This item is constructed well. It looks great in my entryway.

I paid an electrician to install them. And they didn’t work. I ordered a second set, and that set didn’t work either. Now I’ve paid an electrician to come out twice. I’ve sent both sets back. And now spending hours on the phone trying to get my credit. The numbers themselves looked amazing on the house! If you’re just looking for numbers, these are beautiful! …….i need them to be lit.

Modern, sleek address numbers/plate. Easily visible from the street. Simple to put together, though if you have a '1' in your address, I would not use the manufacturer included template as places it too far from the other digits. We played with the placement until it more evenly spaced the numbers.

A lot simpler than I thought it was and works great looks great. Glad I bought it. 

Not 5000k daylight bright white

I purchased the numbers 1, 2 and 3. All are advertised as being 5000k daylight bright white. For me that was only true of the number "2". The 1 and 3 are more like 2700k soft white. It's definitely noticeable when seen side by side. I've ordered replacements and will return the ones that I have.

Added these to a black plaque designed specifically for LED backlit floating numbers and it looks amazing in both the day and night when the numbers are lit. Simple but with a statement.

Very easy to assemble. The LED backlight is very bright.

They are very good looking installed but are smaller that they look in the picture! Pay attention to size!

It takes a little time to install the numbers using the templates provided with each one but the end result looks great.
