I love the simplicity of this deadbolt lock. Easy to program and easy to use. The fingerprint option is a great feature that is also very reliable. My only complaint is the fact that you need the person present in order to erase their fingerprint.

Worth the money, but a lil finicky

works fine, and at this price point ill give 3.5 stars. sometimes it wont work, requiring you to remove batteries and then put them back in (the batteries arent dead, you just have to reset it)

Nice color, discrete, easy to set up, needs 4 AA batteries can not use rechargeable batteries, so when it’s set up, the sounds are all alike so you can not ‘Guess’ the code by listening this is very important. Code is easy changed from the inside, comes with 2 keys, and the fingerprint sensor works 👍 great. I use the fingerprint sensor most of the time, fingerprint must be DRY, no water or sweat must completely dry the area of your finger that you are scanning for door to open, if finger is wet lock will not read the fingerprint. To many incorrect attempts will make you wait a couple of minutes before you can try again. Security feature. The deadbolt has a rollerball inside to slow down anyone trying to cut the bolt, Has a battery 🪫 level alert to make sure your batteries don’t go dead and accidentally lock yourself out. I would recommend this lock for my mom and dad it is that good. Great for dorm rooms, primary or secondary lock security Just keep the batteries fresh and your in great shape, Personally I match this with a MEDECO M3 Deadbolt, I really LIKE Security.

Difficulty of Installation

It was not perfectly aligned and needs to chisel the door in order to accommodate the entire piece or to center it. If you want to use this make sure that you are willing to have more carving the round to an oblong one.

I just installed this today and it was super easy and it works great!

Nice but inside is plastic.

I love the workings of this deadbolt. The plate facing the outside is a beautiful chrome, but the inside plate is ugly black plastic. I wish it was chrome as well.

I really do not like having leftover parts at the end of a project and still not sure this is installed correctly. The instructions are terrible and not accurate.
