Horrendous

It’s been a while since I’ve experienced a product this bad. I followed the directions to the T. Prepped my perfectly smooth tile by cleaning with rubbing alcohol. Pressed them on the exact amount of time. Waited 24 hours before hanging the basket.

Fell off file first day of use

Followed instructions to a T (wipe tile w/ alcohol & dry, push strips X number of seconds, leave 24 hours with basket off for adhesive to set). It fell on me while I was taking a bath the first day it was in use. I definitely didn't put more than 6 lbs in it, it only had two small shampoo/conditioner bottles and a razor.

Makes shower products easy to reach

I needed something to hold various body/face wash products as well as a product that would enable me to hang tools such as hair combs and back scrubbers. This is perfect. It was very easy to install adheres securely to the shower wall which is something that was important to me.

these things do not come off!

This is the only product i have ever used that was not permanently affixed but also did not fall off the wall... even in the shower! Highly recommend! easy to put up, does not rust, very sturdy, and easy to remove when you want. Holds a LOT of weight. i currently have 4 full shampoo bottles in mine. worth every penny!

Do not recommend.

Purchased three of these for my main room shower, applied just as directed using the command strips, left for almost a week on the shower wall before adding anything to the shelves & they all fell off the wall within the first 30 minute shower. Do not recommend. They look great and initially, they seem to stick to the wall wonderfully but as soon as there is any moisture in the air, the command strips give way. Very disappointed especially at this price per unit.

Read the directions!!

I'm so glad I read the directions. This is not the standard peel 'n stick process of their lightweight hooks. Follow each step thoroughly. This includes following the proper cleaning methods, hanging placement (note the tile grout in my picture), and waiting time (24 hours!). I've tried using the pumps on my bottles without the basket falling, but I prefer to take the whole bottle out just to be safe. Otherwise, no complaints!

Wont stay stuck

Had one of these in my travel trailer and loved it! Recently traded it in for a motorhome so I ordered this to put in my motorhome. Did everything according to directions just like last time. 2 days later it was on the floor and wont stick! Pure useless junk. They should give you an extra set of the stickers

Very good, but check one thing...

The product itself is really well made and by it's estimated weight standards, can easily hold even multiple of the bigger lotion/shampoo bottles. The only catch is I noticed on a few of these (as I had to buy more than one) that the packaging seems to let some of the bathroom/tile command strips to fall out. I initially ordered two, and both were otherwise fine but one of them was missing a pack of command strips (must have fallen out). Later when I saw the same model in store and thought about buying again, I took note this time and realized some of the ones hanging on the wall were also missing the necessary strips. Perhaps consider buying in person and double checking, but honestly outside of the unique packaging issue, the products function and design is very, very good. You should also strongly consider following instructions such as drying the surface and then cleaning specifically with alcohol. I did this and have had no issues with sticking. Despite small inconvenience, very much worth it.

I tried. I really tried.

I read the prior reviews, and I noted that the company reached out to every disappointed buyer. However, I can follow installation rules like nobody's business, so I did. I primed my shower wall with alcohol (twice, letting it dry a full day in between wipings. I ran the shower creating steam as advised. I slowly added items: a couple of light foot files, a small pumice stone, and a drain plug. The result? It held for about 10 days, then crashed so hard some of the items actually bounced into a nearby cat litter box. So.....I say pass. A disappointing experience.

THE BEST PRODUCT EVER FOR THE SHOWER - FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS

SO AMAZING I BOUGHT TWO. The key to making this work is first off, cleaning the surface well, NOT with the lame wipes they give you either. When I used their wipes, the thing fell off immediately. Use your own cleaner and let the surface dry completely. In fact dry it yourself. Well. Then put the stickers onto the product and then onto the surface and let it SIT FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS. Yes, you want to shove your items into this cute caddy ASAP but trust me, WAIT the 24 hours. Or you'll regret it. I have two in my shower now and as long as you don't pull on them, they are great. I have heavy shampoo bottles in each one / soap, razor, etc.... I wouldn't take anything less than these.
