Horrible customer service
The wrong size item came...due to a website glitch on their end...getting the item returned and refunded was such a hair pulling experience that I gave up on trying to get the item I had wanted in the first place...and ordered something from a different company
They are nice pulls bit the color is not as pictured. They are much darker and more dull than shown. The brass color hardly shows through. I am disappointed.

I'm delighted with the quality and price of these drawer pulls. They are a solid, weighty pull. I have ivory cabinets for most of the kitchen and brown for the island. These are bright enough to show up nicely on the brown, and lovely on the ivory, complementing their coco glaze. Order to delivery time was excellent.

Finally ..
this is the third style of cabinet pull we have used in our Master Bath ... finally, this is the one. Because there is no "extension" on each side of the "pull area" I can use my dryer and hair curler without the cords "catching" and pulling them out of my hand and they look great. this will be the "final" pull we need to purchase ... don't know what to do with the old ones !!

These were the perfect pulls coupled with the black nickel knobs that I selected. The shape of the pulls go very well with the Cosmas 4950BN Black Nickel Cabinet Knob. There is plenty of room to open the doors because the style allows my hand to fit nicely behind them.
