The napkin holder itself is great. It was sent to me in Amazon packaging however. In the package was an Amazon gift receipt from the selling company. It was poorly packaged. The package was an envelope and the metal prongs stuck out the side.. After I received it from Walmart I checked Amazon's website for the product, since it came in that packaging, and found it was less expensive on amazon's website.

Great design but only if half full

Love the design and simplicity of this napkin holder. But, if it is full and you take a napkin from the end "spot," as one normally would, it is ripped by the edges of the unfinished circle. If you try to remove one from the middle, it doesn't work. I am going to try and remove a small stack so the napkin holder isn't quite full; see if it works better.

Decent item

I thought this is pricy but I decided to purchase it anyway because I liked the design. After seeing it person, I understand why it’s about 20 dollars. It’s very sturdy, materials are thick and heavy. I hope they make it slightly lighter and thinner and reduce the price. But anyway, I like the item. You get what you pay for.
