The interior pieces do not match, there are ugly openings. The drawers don't close. The doors are left ajar. Not worth the cost of the desk at all

Drawers are tricky to install.

Overall, the desk is worth buying with a discount. The instructions for the drawers (Step 6 and Step 23) could be improved so mistakes aren't made.

This desk is roomy enough to fit 2 of my monitors and a printer. It also has PLENTY of storage for all of your office supplies! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Took about 3 hours to build, so bring your patience Very sturdy and has a beautiful finish to it. Plenty of storage and has a wide and long desk top so plenty of room to work on.

Not the quality Sauder used to be

This is my second Sauder desk. The first one was quality and lasted me fro 1999 - 2022. This new one, the holes were not aligned properly so the drawers don't close all the way, cabinet door is aligned right, and the top is already bubbling and peeling. Now I am stuck with a desk that cost me over $400 and spent days assembling and it is garbage. Save your money and buy a desk that is better quality. Sauder has gotten cheap. I'm so disappointed ☹️

I Love My Desk!

I recently retired and wanted a small desk for office space at home. I ordered a Sauder desk for the good looks and durability. I am pleased with the product. I needed to reorder some brackets and a small front piece, due to our fault in not getting it put together correctly. I ordered the pieces and they arrived promptly. The only down side to Sauder is that you have to put the furniture together yourself. Be sure that you have someone who understands how to follow directions! Great products that dont look cheap!

After reading reviews on this desk we had our handyman pit this desk together. We had opened the boxes and had everything ready but it still took about 6 hours with my husband’s help. I love this desk, as it has several drawers and lots of counter room. This desk is well built!

Nice desk for good price.

Very nice desk when assembly is complete. Took about five hours with a skilled handy man. Ran into trouble with parts not noting what side to use where. Had to disassemble a portion to turn the the small drawer the correct way after realizing that it was not assembled correctly. I saw similar comments when I reviewed the product and would hope that Sauder would respond and resolve this issue by marking ""This End Up"". Concerned about the sharpness of the edges and hope that we don't experience chips along the edges. Time will tell. Overall, nice desk at a reasonable price. Am happy that there is a matching file cabinet that I've now ordered to complete the set.

Great quality fo such a kit. However given today's technology & engineering capabilities one would think this could've come in more of a finished product. Many, many pieces but fairly easy to assemble. Took approx 2.5 hrs alone. Only missing a few of the 7/8" woods screws but I had some in supply. Be careful when opening the hardware, I just laid it down then cut top of each little "bubble" to keep items categorized, making little pockets.

As the item is a customer assemble product is fell in tune with all other IKEA style purchases. There were the expected frustrations as some parts did not meet the alignment specs, but over very satisfied with the product as it meets the needs of fuctunality.
