Disappointing
When this product was delivered I was disappointed to find that the box contained a piece of wood with 4 towel hooks, unattached. There were no screws in the box, despite the instructions indicating that there were. To assemble this product, you have to buy your own screws and drill holes into the wooden mount to attach the hooks. You may as well just buy a piece of wood and 4 towel hooks, which would cost you maybe $20.

This is the only hook rack that I have found that matches our storage bench. It does have some design flaws. The screws do not quite fit right and strip the sides of the hooks a tad (this is very small and hardly noticeable), I used a black sharpie to cover this up. Ive had this item about a year now and we don't even notice it. We use this item for everyday use. We are happy with this purchase.

This was the prefect coat rack for the space we have. It has a French Cleat hanging contraption, which I had never heard of...but is AMAZING! The rack went over 3 studs so it is VERY sturdy. The finish is beautiful! Well worth the money.
