arrived broken TWICE :(

packaged extremely poorly in a box that’s way too big. both times i ordered, it was broken in two.

Ordered this not once but TWICE for it to arrive completely broken into two large pieces and multiple small pieces both times. Seems like target may be trying out a new shipping material that clearly does not protect fragile items. So frustrating!!

Absolutely beautiful!! The scalloped edges are a nice touch, I bought a few in case some broke or got damaged via mail cause that was the only option it had, otherwise I would have done store pick up. When they came available back in stock I've been eying this. So now I have 2 & 1 for backup. There was 1 that was chipped at the edge, sad! Target packaging did step up their game & most arrived nicely!! So proud of Target & so happy on my serving collection!!!! I do wish they would have a wider largerwouldI would buy that too!

Packed horribly and arrived broken

Bowl is beautiful if you can find it in store. Otherwise don’t have it shipped. Like many other reviews my bowl arrived in a box way too big with little padding and completely shattered. What a waste on so many levels!!! All these broken bowls sent to the dump- plus all that wasted energy and time delivering. Target needs to remedy

Great quality!

I’m blown away by the quality of this bowl. It’s quite sturdy, microwaveable and dishwasher safe is a plus! The beautiful scallop shape is what made me buy it but after feeling the quality of the material I’m impressed so I ordered two more! I just saw that there is a matching serving platter so I have to order that too.

Terrible shipping

Are you kidding me two broken bowls when I opened up the box Target your the worst with packing fragile items I’m so disappointed I was liking forward to having them as platters for the holidays looks like that dream is shattered like my plates and they are sold out !! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Best serving dish!

This is such a beautiful serving dish. The scalloped edge is so unique. Love this for presentation when hosting.

Recieved Broken

So disappointed, ordered, the first and replacement dish both came broken. All the stores around me are out of stock, looks like Im forced to pass on this this one, its a shame because its so pretty!

Needs Better Packaging

The bowl didn’t even have bubble wrap So it arrived in 20 pieces…this is the second Hearth and Hand I’ve had come broken.

Broken due to poor packing

Target has not figured out to not ship this item or at least add decent packing - my wooden napkin rings had more than this bowl, which like most of these reviews, came in 9 pieces. Super aggravating.

Buy it! It’s so much prettier in person. High end looking and large. I love it. I shipped mine and they packed it well. It didn’t break.

Beautiful but a hassle

I’m torn because it’s a beautiful dish but I ordered It 3 times and It was broken every single time.. I feel like if u can get It at the store get It otherwise don’t waste your time

So pretty and perfect size. Only thing is it does seem a more gray in color than cream but still love it.

Holds my coffee pods

I was looking for something to hold my nespresso pods and came across this in the store, I instantly fell in love it’s so cute! And makes access to my pods very easy!

Very Pleased

I was a little hesitant to buy this item based on the reviews. Many said their item arrived completely shattered. I took a chance and the packaging was great! The bowl is very beautiful. Glad I bought it!

Arrived Shattered

I was really looking forward to receiving this bowl as I can the matching pedestal bowl. But the previous reviewer was right, don't buy it on line!! My bowl arrived completely shattered. It was wrapped in woven papers and thrown in a big box with other items without enough protection or cushions. Very disappointed. Target was quick to refund via the app, but overall I wished I'd received this bowl instead of 20 broken pieces.
