Poor quality control, unfinished designs
I really wanted to love this rug but upon unrolling it we realized it wasn't even done being made. There are designs that are supposed to run to the edges but we noticed one halfway done and one row just not even bothered with. We also found some gaps in the rug which revealed some visible blue string. Quality in general was okay just not the quality standard for the brand. Awaiting them to approve my return after sending it back.

Great, quality for this rug the texture change is really nice. So far the rug really pulls my room together, and have got many compliments on it. I would suggest a rub pad to get a soft feeling throughout the rug.
